LOL,, you should see Diane at a playground when no one is around, she can really rock the springy horse thing LOL!!
We have stayed there a couple of times on our way to Charlotte Motor Speedway then down to Myrtle Beach. We were on the site where the motorhome and trailer were parked.
You were lucky to get that site. And it's a easy and convenient spot to stop at for sure.

We like koa's, they just have a lot of amenities that we don't really use. Great review. Lynn and Danny
Plus they are normally a little expensive. But at times they just work for the location. Thanks for stopping in.
Koa’s are kinda funny. they ask for your measurements and then put you in a site that fits your rv. I have a 37 footer with a rack on it. I have to park sideways and inches from my pin at one that we stayed in. Otherwise looks pretty nice. We don’t like pools and playgrounds either. Peace and quit is what we like. Thanks Dave
Yes, peace and quiet while we are at a campground is our goal. In fact if there is a 55 & older park available, we will give it the nod normally..
What? No Ms. Pac-Man?? Diane did a lot better on that “bridge” than I would have lol! Looked like a nice park. I find most KOA’s a little pricey though….. was this one?
We agree that KOS's are normally more expensive, and we do tend to avoid them but at times they are just the best choice and we bite the bullet. This spot was at the $70 per night range. LOL,, Diane is like a kid when we get around playgrounds. You should see her on the springy horse LOL!!
It's noisy and overpriced, sorry but that would be my review. Live an hour away and I know it well.
