Nice idea for a tutorial; it's good to promote the practice of adding variance and character to walk cycles, rather than thinking there is only one "correct" way to do it
thanks, mate! almost all my sfx are downloaded from Freesound.com, which has all free sfx and music. It can be kind of tricky finding different sounds, but I think it's worth it bc it's free 😂 Hope this helps!
I have been thinking about it. Is it possible to automate walk cycles using magnets and some kind of gear train beneath the baseplate? It would take some work, but it might be really cool. While it's possible to do this for moving minifigures across the board, doing this for a walk cycle might be a little complicated.
Here are the reference images for each walk cycle:

Could you do one for someone who is like slowly sneaking around like they aren’t sure if they are let’s say “safe” or not 🥺🥺🥺
Sweet tutorial! The next tutorial could you go more in depth by slowing it down so its easier to see frame by frame?
glad you liked it! Check the description for a link to frame-by-frame reference images for ALL of the cycles!
