@doom9603B ut as a result of police doing crime rate on mopeds dropped around 53.7%, 21000 crimes to 9700 in 2 years
@@SolVenT_PL it climbed to that in the first place due to the soft policing, sentences and preventing the police from doing their job in the first place.
Plus the whole notion of “police will save you” there, rather than letting the people deal with the problem.

My dad was a cop for 13 years in KCK. I remember hearing stories about him using his patrol car on a couple of different occasions to stop motorcycle pursuits. And I must say this was in the 80s and 90s when you could get away with shit.
Mike Monslow? WYCO SO?
more like you could be a total psycho and live out psychotic fantasy. The idea of running over people for misdemeanors is totally insane. You got a murderer shooting at police.. sure. run him or her over.. but when a teenager is just running away... wtf?

I remember once when doing a license check point a guy who couldn’t produce one was asked to pull to the side of the road. He remained there for quite a while until the plates and car came back stolen. I approached him to ask what’s up and he foot bailed. I grabbed him by his T-shirt only to realize that I had a perfect square of his shirt in my hand. I jumped in my patrol car and gave chase to the driver that was running away he jumped over a wooden privacy fence and my car slid across the wet grass and I had a woopsy that I went through the fence and the bad guy tried to steal my cadilatic converter too. Man those were good times. FYI the bad guy didn’t even have a scratch on him. Thank goodness because that would have been a lot more paperwork for me. Haa

@@eze12313 accidents, especially on-duty, are legal and justifiable. He didn't want to run over the guy, but he was legally chasing him. It also helps that the guy had virtually no injuries as mentioned.
