For everyone like me who cannot find the quilt pattern anywhere I've written out everything! I just got into sewing so I don't know terms but I've done my best to explain. Take two fat quarters, ironed, and fold it hamburger style. Trim one edge so you have a clean side. Then cut one 5" strip, two 4.5" strips, and one 2.5" strip which will late be used for binding. Scrap the tidbits leftover. Cut your 5" strip into three 5" square sets. Use your remainder fabric into 2.5" square sets. Cut your 4.5" strips into six 4.5" square sets. Once again use your remainder to cut 2.5" square sets. To make the two full quilt blocks you will need in total- three 5" square sets, six 4.5" square sets, eight 2.5" square sets. You will have a strip of 2.5" to use later as a border for your quilt if you wish. Hope this helps someone out!!!
Hi Angela I am 12 years old and have watched almost all your videos and they always inspire me. I tried free motion quilting and I LOVE it! It’s my favorite part of the quilt. And I also have a sugar craving so don’t feel guilty 😂 plus I don’t get how your so calm at midnight!
Well, I am very late to the party, but I laughed so hard I almost....never mind! The kale salad comment followed by the wrappers did me in. Keep it going!
I love this pattern and the quilting of course. Angela, don't ever lose your humour and how you make quilting about having fun. Don't pay attention to the negative people. Thank you for your great videos!
There are sooooo many serious quilting tutorials out there, but just remember ......there's only ONE Angela Walters. Keep your groove girl!!! Because of you and your new tutorials on quilting, I now have the confidence to quilt my 7 quilt tops. They may not be perfect, but at least now they're not in a UFO box! Thank you very much for sharing your knowledge and for taking the time to do so in your busy life. Working moms really rock! Please know that there ARE fans out there who appreciate your efforts. You have "homies" all around the world who have your back!!! Hugs from Ireland xxx
I am cracking up - I love your sense of humor. I can relate to your analogy of water to your bobbin running out, lol! I love milky way dark and baby ruth's - hehehee. Thanks for all your videos.
Thank you, Angela, for bringing endless free quilting tutorials to so many quilters! You have changed the way we approach this art. I have piles of unfinished quilts because I was watching too many tutorials that made me think my sewing was terrible. Maybe it is, but I love it and it helps me unwind after all my stressful days at work! Your humor and constant reminders that close enough is good enough have brought back my joy! Heck, I bet watching you is helping to lower my blood pressure! You are amazing, putting so much time into helping others! And I think your humor reflects the fact that you love life. I would bet you’re also an amazing mom!
LOVE this quilt! Love it so much I just ordered the kit with LOTS of extra fabric to make it in a queen size. I've decided this is the one... it really is...this is it....the quilt that I'm actually going to try and machine quilt. I've been practicing after watching all of your quilting classes on Craftsy. I bought an HQStitch 710 machine and keep watching your machine quilting classes and all of the MQS's. You''ve inspired me to finally take the plunge! I'm really gonna do it! Now I just need to wait for my Craftsy order to come! Thanks for all the inspiration. Can't believe I'm finally gonna do it!!!
Milky Way from those three choices - but I could watch you quilt all day, Angela - quilting. It's mesmerizing. Thanks (not piecing - don't really care for watching people piece) - but I adore watching the quilting - it is a real gift how you seem to just know where to go next. Thanks for sharing all that information so freely.
You are such a funny egg Angela. My favourite is you. Thank you for your light hearted posts that you manage to inject with such personality yet are chock full of detail. Never boring and always informative. You rock!!!!!
Angela I love you videos! I am learning so many things. Love your jokes too, keep doing it. The other comment was truly mean spirited. Most quilters are sweeties just like you. Your fun and imaginative and very talented. Quilting is beautiful.

Your cutups are fantastic and we need laughter in such a serious world we now live in, so thanks for your wonderful way of bringing a laugh to all of us while we learn at the same time. Angela, you are a breath of fresh air- I love your lack of perfectionism- or at least a healthy fight against it if it is there! I too often let the perfect be the enemy of the good and then never finish OR if I do, I’m utterly exhausted! Thank you for making it fun! I appreciate your work!!
Twix or M & Ms for the sweet and Cheetos for salty. I so look forward to your videos, you are a hoot - laughter and sewing, so good for the soul. Love those stars.

Thanks for sharing with us.
Ok, you got me; I just HAD to order this kit. The design looks fun and easy for me as a beginner quilter, and above all, I LOVE this fabric. Oh my goodness; I can't get enough of the cute fabric. When I cut out sugars and carbs on a diet a few years ago, the first week was hard on me (soooo tired), the second week was hard on my husband (I found out he was losing more weight than I was, and I found out he was CHEATING and eating DONUTS on his way to work!! I made him pay...). Now I've decided that if I want to eat unhealthily for a time, I will, and if I want to eat healthily, I _might_ .... Love this quilt, Angela! The colors are beautiful, and the quilting is exquisite.
it's *your* bobbin. you (and Angela) could do a favour and master *your* native language. being a little bit educated is a form of showing respect to yourself and others, and not embarrass *your* country and its education system. luckily these days we have plenty of time on our hands as a last resort, using dictionary or spell check will do too

Twix are good too and Cheetos when I need something crunchy and salty.
angela, you actually make me laugh out loud. and sometimes with life challenges you forget how that feels! you are so darn cute. I am slowly accumulating your rulers and am learning so much from you with the challenge. Thanks so much for brightening my day!
