With parents named Freddie and Fannie, maybe he would have had better luck with mortgage fraud.
Good one!! 😂
😂
Or with parents named Weinberger.
Now that's funny!
Dr Grande really NOSE his stuff.
😂
That viagra run down was hilarious, Doctor!! Gosh what a gross man.
I was dying 😂
OMG - LOL
No doubt! Could you imagine an entire tribe of them?!

Prepared to offer a *stiff response.*
*Handle* any *hard* times that suddenly *arose.*
His resolve was *firm,* and *unbending.*
It was a funny part of the story on it's own merits and of course Grande had to run it into the ground and kill the humour.
I am a doctor. It is extremely rare for doctors to legitimately make so much money that they can live the type of lifestyle being described in this video. That should always raise a red flag. Doctors are well paid and certainly surgical subspecialist do quite well. But there’s a very big difference between being well into the upper middle class without financial worries and living like Elon Musk experiencing some sort of manic episode. It should raise red flags. Most often when doctors are living like this, they are deep in debt at about to hit the financial wall. But occasionally they’re involved in a criminal enterprises.
At what point does one reach upper class if doctors aren’t there? I wonder where the line is for most people
Yes. This. I'm married to a doctor and so far put 3 kids through college debt free, one more to go. We have had some debt at times, especially when younger and raising kids. We know a doctor here who boasts his expensive collection of mega fancy cars on TH-cam, has various clinics, a mansion...my husband and I always joke around that he's gotta be into some shady stuff. I chuckled at Elon Musk on a manic episode. 😅
Especially two ex wives
@mimax4498 true. MD make good living live a comfortable life. Surgeons are rich above comfortable living. This nose EX was rich with two practices. But an idiot one.
@@holidayarmadillo8653 My opinion of economic classes in America. Lower Class - takes the bus does not own a car. Middle Class - owns one to several cars, takes a plane on vacation or travel. Upper Middle Class - owns on to several cars, one to several houses, takes a plane on vacation or travel, usually flies first class. Wealthy - doesn't know how many cars/houses they own, owns at least one jet plane flown by dedicated pilot.
To be pulling in 3 million dollars annually and still not be capable of living within his means is just insane!
Right
Yachts don't come cheap.
Absolutely ridiculous. For some people it’s just never enough. I can’t understand but I’m very much a frugal b.
If you actually meant “within his means”, then yes, I agree wholeheartedly!
Living within your means is difficult if you get used to a lavish lifestyle. More is more!
“Stiff response and handle any hard times that can arise. “ 😂
Dr. Grande’s sarcasm is so enjoyable. I love it
This was hilarious 😂
Firm and non bending…
Don’t forget his firm resolve! Lol
🤪🤪🤪
My dad saw this doctor! He went once and knew something was off and never came back. He tried to do an invasive surgery the same day as the initial consult and my dad refused.
The most shocking part is:He only got 7 years -_-
Agreed. Whatever about the fraud, he was performing operations on people not because it was best for them or what they needed but just so he could get money. Surely that's assault.
And he was out after 4 years, if I understood right. I wonder if he still has to pay off his debts.
Good lawyers no doubt!
No one has ever disappeared from my yacht, although it is actually just a kayak.
😂😂😂😂
Oh yeah? Well mine imaginary!! Lol
Well mine imaginary and people disappear from mine all time!
😂😂😂😂
You ain't tried hard enough ....😅
How to make $3M a year as a doctor: perform insurance fraud. It never ceases to amaze me how people who would otherwise have a comfortable stable life into a proverbial dumpster fire. If you look at attorney general press releases there are a surprising number of health care professions who get serious time all because of greed and a sense of entitlement.
Indeed, and usually all from this same race of people. It's just their sick nature
unfortunately many become doctors because of the paycheck.

He was deeply flawed going into this- so once the money started coming in - all bets are off on any scruples to either maintain or increase the flow.
The puns were right on the nose!!
He left his wife when she turned 30 with so much debt she had to declare bankruptcy. What a loser!
She was only with him for the money so I can't feel sorry for her either.
So many woman do that to men,I wouldn't call him a loser . I would say he is a winner. She is the one who lost.
She only weighed 105 pounds and he would harass her about her weight ( like he didn't want her overweight) big loser!
@MargaretCho-pt3ng I feel sorry for any one left to deal with bankruptcy regardless.
@@KellyHill-gg9xr a guy who committed fraud, put innocent people's lives in danger for profit, and abandoned his wife by slinking off into the night like a coward...yeah, he's real winner.
The dude sure has a lot of issues and secrets. The wife is lucky to get out of the marriage alive. Folks like him end up killing their spouses
I figured he was lucky to get out alive.

I was wondering during the video who was going to end up dead in this case.
His patients’ health suffered because of his negligence and one of them died. 😞
“Something just didn’t smell right!” 🤣😂🤣

...and Viagra. "He was prepared to offer a stiff response, and handle any hard times that arose. His resolve was firm and unbending." - Dr Grande Quote of the day! 🤣🥰🤩
Mark is clearly a Narcissist. I highly recommend learning their traits and to avoid entanglement with one.
Maybe he was just a man struggling to do his best, burdened with a potentially-fat wife
Somewhere in the alps… “I have a secret.” “ I have a secret too.”
He dissed his mother and treated his wife like a prostitute..what a guy.
Cheerleader costume 🚩
Dissing Mom is not a typical behavior for jewish men. If mom was a goyim, then this might happen
if you steal $3mm a year, everyone else looks like a chump to you.
Yep. And then ran into the large arms of a biological man. 💪
His mother taught him well.
The puns, as usual, are wonderful.
Also, what a mess of a man. Made his life so much harder than what it had to be.
Especially with his Viagra supply...😒
When a fellow surgeon and friendly character witness testifies _on your behalf_ that you're,
"The worst surgeon I've ever seen,"
You've got problems.
Mark seemingly had it all but completely stuffed up his own life. Nasal pun intended.
Talk about grounds for desertion. Thousands of miles away from home with no money & having to declare bankruptcy when you do make it home. At least no kids were involved.
my dearly departed FIL (was internist MD in San Diego) once said, when a dr suggests surgery get a second opinion, as according to him, he knew colleagues that needed to make the Porsche payment on time
Good advice. Surgeons always think it's a good idea to operate. 😅
@@edelweiss2.076 ha, surgeon would; main point stands, if someone wants to knife you, get second opinion as could be a less evasive remedy out there * he also stated years ago, even if minor cut from as simple as a rose thorn, treat it. Unfortunately just 3wks ago my sister's friend passed away from sepsis that began with simple skin break; and my husband about 10yrs ago had a blister on foot that broke, next day was hurtful to walk, called my FIL who said get to hospital now, it was actually blood poisoning (red line heading from injury up to groin was the other giveaway something was wrong)
Who nose what could be happening in situation like this?
8:00-8:10 - How did you deliver that without bursting into laughter, Dr. Grande?! 😂👌
I prefer his younger brother, too ..sight unseen.😂
Amazing how you were able to sniff out that diagnosis! Lol
The viagra jokes had me in stitches! You’re the best, Dr. Grande.
Every time I saw his lady dude I laughed out loud.

Don't know if it's accidental. But sometimes the comedic timing of this podcast is top tier.
Not at all accidental. 😊
Especially as a Greek Italian 🇬🇷 🇮🇹 lady, I am really touched by this case, and I love the Greek reference with the _Sinus up_ by the way, as well as your speculation analysis, dear Dr. G. I've never heard of this one. However, I'm ready to speculate about what might be happening in a case like this...
Dr. Grande, can you look at the case of Mica Miller. The pastor's wife who recently died, and the Pastor's behavior has been called into question.
Hard and stiff response indeed.
It’s wild that he went from beautiful Michelle to… Monica. 😐
Guess he was pretty open minded about trying something new.
He probably watched too much corn, and developed freaky interests due to that. During the time he was still living the facade of a prominent successful doctor, he had what he thought was the requisite trophy wife on his arm- petite, pretty, young, well educated, very feminine... Then once he was living on the lam he didn't have a reputation or public image to uphold anymore, so he felt free to choose a partner more in line with his secret freaky inclinations.🍆😬
He was also probably just taking what he could get. A surgeon living in a multi million dollar condo has a wider pool of dating options than a fugitive living in the woods.🤷
@@shameronstar7220Yep, he definitely scored high on "openness to experience" 😅

Your humor and wit are applauded and admired 🌵
He was up to his nose in lawsuits!
It's always worth a watch just for Dr. Todd's dry humor.
Your ability to get in the minds of these people and explain what is actually going on is something MOST mental health professionals struggle to do.
Thats subjektive opinion!😮
I feel a little bad because the resentment he had for his mom clearly had a lot to do with why he became the person he did.
What do you say that?
“Stiff response, firm and unbending.” Yer killin me Dr. Grande.
Dr. Grande is THE BEST! Great funnies. Brilliant. Always love to hear the jokes. One of the best episodes yet!!!!

The viagra jokes… 😂😂😂
Love listening to Dr. Grande
Now this is a documentary that I would watch. WOW!!! Dr. Grande hit a home run with this one. Great story.
One hundred patients a day? You could see where this was headed!
I guess you could say he disappeared right from under everyone’s noses 👃 😅
I just spewed my coffee across the room... 😂😂😂 "stiff response.........."
The presentation and breakdown of the material make this channel awesome. The intensely aggressive puns make it niche. 10/10
Omg! The Grande zingers.
I appreciate that when describing personality characteristics, you end with "and had a sense of entitlement". It explains so much in the context of these story's, and I've reflected on how a sense of entitlement can blind someone to the perception of others. I feel I do a better job at understanding certain entitled people I deal with in Sales because of this too. If someone is entitled it's pervasive, it comes out of them when they look bad for doing it, and some even demonstrate shame for lying to you but will still do it again the next day!
Dr Grande how are you doing this?! The flow of these videos, the information, the analysis, the insight are all insanely well put together. Each video is like a tiny story book (if only the stories were fictitious… 😅).
(This is me doing my bit by putting my opinions and thoughts in the comments section in hopes of generating an interesting dialogue. Thanks for reading.)
Ha! "He had a nose for trouble"! I lol'd!

Viagra jokes had me rolling. “His resolve in this matter was firm and unbending” “he was prepared to deal with any hard times that befell him”
I wonder how many doctors do what he did. I am guessing a lot.

Can you revisit the boeing whistleblower suicide? I think theres a few more now. It must be a depressing place to work.
The doctor needed a nose surgery for himself
I think there's a certain reason why surgeons and dentists literally don't take their own medicine: it's obviously pretty risky & not healthy. But unfortunately, we as medical laymen, in our superficial world society, don't get, for example, that teeth bleaching can actually destr0o0y our precious teeth... It's actually pretty saddening how much impact we have from Hollywood standards.
I love your priceless sense of humor you slip into your comments!
