Sadly forming relationships scare people so much (and I am not immune to this) that chasing the result solo seems like the only path. But luckily we can change that!

We were talking about something similar to this at work today, about a friend who would finally land a job, stay for less a week, leave because of some seemingly trivial thing, then complain for months they can't get work, and suddenly can't afford rent etc.
That is, sadly, a part of being a responsible, mature adult, is knowing that sometimes you have to do things you don't like in order to get a pay packet. Sometimes you have to work with people you don't see eye to eye with (No this doesn't mean you have to put up with bullying or whatever, but it doesn't mean you have to be friends with everyone you meet).
Its looking for happiness but having the wisdom to know that it will find you. That's balance.
I had been writing so many years, on the internet with a lot of blocks, sites, medias, doing researchers, to find some answers to my questions, by the way, to "project" my future with a new vision idea, because I was trying after 18teen to do something new as a designer. Since 2009, in Montreal, after a useful experience in Brazil, the first country to accept my work was the United States, then Australia, France, Holland by the conceptual artist John Baldessari, by the way, I start in 2012 a new step to work with a wonderful talent around the world, changing motivate and inspirations "quotes', personal questions, answers, even without contact with them only virtually. Well, one= moment I was on my "black" as I use to tell without ideas, solutions or an inspiration, today listening to your video I was trying to find my balance. Thanks! You are a Genius!

Research shows that the reason people find having kids so rewarding is that the problems to solve keep changing every day. The most rewarding hobbies are those that constantly present new challenges. That knock you off your feet just enough, but that aren't so chaotic that you can never get back on your feet again.

Wish I could just up and leave because of anxiety issues I had to stop working and have not left the borders of my town in over 10 years... My anxiety is cured now touch wood and I am now able to think again but it’s been so long that I have absolutely no idea who I actually am as I have spent the best part of a decade avoiding things and being ill in bed most of the time, only to now not feel ill but having no idea what to do with my life day to day, wake up go to the shop come back play on pokerstars vr watch some TH-cam go to bed then get up and repeat 😂
I think you cannot stay in balance If there isn’t people around you or that lead you in balance ....with a clear vision
I was always looking for balance, thinking I « should » have less excess ; then I realized my balance is in my excess, I mean, I don’t ou myself in danger, my intern government is working well and healthy even if I blame myself sometime (boulimic) but at the end, it s quite alright.

this is my problem I'm balance in life. I can't focus on my friendships and relationship because I'm so focus on my passions and hobby I need help.

The solution to this is simple - though probably not easy: change. that. environment. And fast. Do you have a friend that you could go live with? Someone who cares about you, and if you tell them what's at stake (your life!) could help you out here?

Or even if there isn't, there absolutely are people who need help of some sort. Go find them, and help them! The best way to help ourselves is by helping others.
