    I did "Shantokki diet" for a week.
    As a result, it was a satisfactory diet. 😁
    In particular, abdominal fat has really decreased, and the swelling of the lower body and face has really decreased.
    I recommend it to those who want to get rid of the bloating in a short period of time.
    I came down to my parents' house for the Korean New Year holiday.
    I'm already scared.

    샨토끼님은 어찌 이렇게해서 16키로 뺌? 어우야...난 아가리 다이어터라 못혀,...보조제( 코크보틀+활력포션모르실 등) 먹으면서 뺄께요....저 의지 박약이에여

    저도 딱 정체기 때 샨토끼 3일하고 바로 뿌셨어요 ㅋㅋㅋ 너무 맛있어서 안질릴줄 알았는데 3일 지나면 바로 질리는 마법의 식단 ,,

      다이어트 중 산토끼 하면 정체기 뚫리나요..? 다들 급진급빠로 해서 후기가 잘 없네요 ㅠ

    2:40 sometimes it’s water weight and also simply just the weight of the food in ur stomach from the day before. it definitely will not be +0.1kg fat :)

    because lunch there is seaweed which makes the scales go up because seaweed has a salt taste

    mm you definitely didn't gain weight, your body weight naturally fluctuates daily due to things like salt, water etc. that's why it's more reliable to weigh yourself once a week on the same day/ time :)

    that salt is tricky. Unitl ya know it's the culprit. My normal weight is 131lbs. After eating more salt for 3 weeks. It spike to 138.2bs. Which make me panic. I didn't know salt can put several lbs on me. People belive it's carbs but that's not the case. most times it's the sodium. It stick around and cannot be burned off like carbs. At least with carbs their used for energy. If anyone is stalling on weightloss or weight up too long. Check into that sodium... You'll be surprised at how much sodium. You are actually eating. I was eating 3,218-3,962mg perday. When I really should be eating 1,870-2,300 max perday. My body is inflamed from all the salt too. Working on getting the water weight down. So far so good.. from 138.2 to 136.4lbs so far. Working hard to get back to 131lbs. I'm not losing actual fat. Just the water , I'm maintaining my weight right now. Hopefully in maybe 14days. everything is back to balance. 0 sodium diet is too extreme for me. So I just cut out 2,092 per day from the usual 3,962mg. It maybe slower than 0 sodium. It's still working very well. I'm less squashy in only a few days.
    It's not always carbs... That sodium is the real problem in my opinion. It go up at extreme rates perday. before ya know it. I've ate about 4k in one day.
    Next day: I forgot to mention..I eat 1,570-1,870 Sodium per day now. If I maintian this level everyday. it's a better figure for me. Today I see my ab lines, that I had lost,wasn't able to see anymore. It's def working for me. Far as carbs.. I keep them under 180g perday. Everything is working fine and quite faster than I expected.. I'm on day five of sodium reduction. I didn't weigh myself yet. I don't until tuesday mornings.

      how did you cut the sodium significantly? I never really know what kinds of foods, is it crackers and things like that? or should I not salt my food? and thank you for the other info too :) !!

      as a 15 year old you should definitely not try this diet, just eat healthy stuff like salads, soup etc :)

    제가 다이어트중인데 빨리 빼고 싶거든요.
    칼로리를 모르겠어서 칼로리어플을 설치하고 먹는것마다 체크했어요. 전 하루 1200칼로리 먹어야한다는데 아무리 먹어도 계속 먹은게 부족하대요.
    16:8 간헐적간식중인데 아침 안먹고 오전11시에서 12시 사이에 점심 먹고 6시쯤 저녁먹어요.
    점심으로 피자에 샌드위치에 커피도 먹고 저녁엔 토마토1개, 고구마1개,군계란2개 먹었는데 이렇게 먹어도 부족하다하고.. 오늘은 점심에 코다리조림에 해초샐러드, 밥을 한공기나 먹고 저녁엔 불고기덮밥 1/2공기, 참치통조림, 김, 토마토2개 먹고 배터질것처럼 부른데 아직도 섭취열량이 부족하대요. 도대체 이해가 안가요. 이렇게 배부르게 먹는데 어떻게 칼로리를 더 올리라는거죠? 뭐 짬뽕에 탕수육이라도 먹으란건지...ㅠ 다이어트가 안될것 같은데 이렇게 먹어도 되나요? 참고로 전 165센치에 현재 74키로 정도 나가는 여자에요. 83에서 한달만에 10키로 가까이 뺏어요. 혼자..
    얻그제 이 어플 설치하고 너무 많이 먹는것 같아 걱정되요ㅠ

      그냥 푹 삶았어요! 저는 계란이 역하진 않았고, 살짝 물릴 때 빵 한입, 계란 한입 번갈아가면서 먹으니까 괜찮더라구요ㅎㅎ

      아침 9-10시
      점심 13-14시
      저녁 18-19시 사이에 먹었습니다 🙂

    Christ this is depressing. This diet is not sustainable. Statistically very few people keep weight off that they lose in such an extreme way and this amount of food is not sufficient for your body to function efficiently. Barely any nutrients or calories, it’s seriously awful. You will gain all the weight you lost from this week back and you actually risk permanently damaging your metabolism so it’ll be hard for you to lose weight at all in the future. I know this isn’t what you want to hear but weight loss must be done slowly, over several months by making sustainable lifestyle changes. As it is, I can see you heading straight towards an eating disorder. Please find some help for yourself.

      Agree. Im in the past like this. Felt afraid gain weight after eat. It was so depress but now i enjoy food just do balance diet and do workout/weight lifting to get body shape
