another great job baz!!!! ...working with ford cargos and D-series/R-series coaches and the old type transits had the old prop rubber and bearing arrangement and we use to go though loads
Baz do you recommend new joints? Done a couple of these and similar and always replace the lot for the sake of a few pounds. Maybe down to the customer but interested in your opinion. Cheers

If these looked a bit grotty I would of replaced them, but I was lead to believe that the customer has had them done not long ago
Good job mate
Cheers buddy 🤙
To be honest about marking: I do the same. But I never ever question myself when installing a new prop shaft. So … why do we mark ?
Good practice buddy
Hopefully to avoid any potential balance issues. 🙂
Can't beat a bit of greasaroony.

Is there a torque spec for centre bearing m16 nut??
A prop with grease points, how rare nowadays
You don’t hear hardy spicer very often now
Deffo not
You can do it without removing the uj
How
Use spanner to crack it loose then unscrew with fingers as it loosens knock the hub of to loosen bolt further 👍🏻
