    Blackberry Crumble Smoothie
    - 1/2 cup Frozen Blackberries
    - 1 Apple
    - 2 tbsp Oats
    - 1 cup Almond Milk
    - Small Handful Crushed Almonds
    - Optional 1 tbsp Baobab Powder
    Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie
    - 1 Banana
    - 1 cup Almond Milk
    - 1 Date
    - 1 tbsp Peanut Butter
    - 1 tbsp Cacao Powder
    - Optional 1 scoop Protein Powder
    Green Smoothie
    - Frozen Banana
    - Handful Spinach
    - Half an Avocado
    - Fresh Ginger
    - Squeeze Fresh Lime
    - 1 cup Water
    - Optional 1 tsp Green Powder (spirulina, chlorella etc)

    My daily breakfast green smoothie recipe (easy af!):
    1 banana
    1 pear or a nectarine
    8 pieces of store bought frozen kale
    1 tablespoon of chia seeds
    Water or soymilk
    Optional (Depending on how hungry I am): some oats
    Enjoy! :)

    I may be in the minority, but green smoothies are actually my favorite! This one sounds really good, I do an almost-identical one that is a bit more tropical-themed in that it uses 1/2 a fresh mango instead of the avocado, and I usually put 1 passionfruit in there as well. Sometimes I use kale instead of the spinach as well, it depends what I have on hand I guess, but it tastes great every time! I love to top mine with some toasted coconut flakes and a sprinkle of chia seeds or goji berries. Love your videos, keep them coming! xx

    I know bananas make them creamy and/or thicker, but then literally all I can taste is banana no matter what else I add in

      Sarahr98998 I found that too, and I didn't like bananas but loved the creaminess. I use avocado instead. :)

      Try freezing really spotty bananas. That has a sweeter flavour.

      Sarahr98998 frozen courgette gives the same creaminess but no flavour 👍

      yeah they have a pretty strong favor (I love bananas but I know not everyone does) If you're not a fan try adding a little vanilla extract, cacao powder, and pinch of sea salt. That will help hide the banana flavor. Also try adding strongly flavored fruits like pineapple and and mango to a blender with banana and some lime and ginger would really hide the taste too :)

      Try adding avocado! It helps to make the smoothie thick and creamy, but doesn't have a strong taste :)

    A super delicious smoothie I make in the morning is: 1 banana, a hand full and a half of mixed frozen berries and 3/4 cup of coconut water. I normally make it thicker and have it as a smoothie bowl, then I add granola, coconut, strawberries and chia seeds :)

    Just had baby in April n gained loads of weight, 2 be honest I was heavy when I got pregnant n then gained more after my little miracle arrived.... just started healthy eating n these look lovely to try, not so sure bout the green one but I'm gonna give it a go 👍🏻😊

    for the past few months i've been making super healthy green smoothies packed full of vegetables only because i was told that adding fruit would mean a lot of sugar. safe to say they domot taste nice. But seeing as your basically my food/health/life role model ( huge fan) and i see you being brave adding fruit, I am definitely going to add more flavor and fruit to my smoothies. I cam see how healthy these smoothies are. They look delicious. life is too short to make boring vegetable only smoothies. THANK YOU
