      Those who have High Blood Pressure should keep few precautions in mind while practicing this asana.
      Don't let the head hang down. Keep the face facing in front without straining the neck throughout the practice.
      No holding of the breath. The breath should move slowly and gently throughout the practice.
      Don't hold the posture with force. Try to become comfortable in the posture.
      Whenever you find difficult, come out of the practice.
      Let me know how you feel after practicing for few days.

    i am having Bloating problem very badly when i am doing this asnana and Uttanasana . can you suggest some tips to over come this issues. only when i am doing yoga facing bloating issue.

      Namaste Vasu Gorla ji.
      Along with the asanas that you are doing, also practice Ardha Pavan Muktasana, Purna Pavan Muktasana, One Leg lift, one leg rotation and Kati vakrasana.
      This will help to reduce the Flatulence.
      Also, drink lukewarm water in the morning after waking up.

    In Paschimottanasana , while I'm in pose should i hold the breathe or can do inhale or exhale the breathe slowly ?
    Pls clarify guruji.. not only paschimutthasan, so many beginners have the same doubt as during the pose of asanas should we hold the breathe or can do inhale or exhale the breath slowly ?
