I have an 02 525i and I just had a panel under the front start hanging but there’s also what looks like vent pieces hanging by the front driver side tire, u set the bumper. What is this and how severe is the issue? Thanks in advance for any help🙏🏽
I use 5w-30 valvoline or mobil and works perfect too but mine is a 97 no vanos and also only put premium 93 or higher don't put 91 or 87 I'll better :) I'm the third owner of my car and I love it is pretty fast! I been head to head with newer mustang GT maybe in a future I'll go for a stage tune one :)
I just upgraded my e39 front bumper and now I want that grill urs looks and sounds amazing 👏

Its probably just a vent that helps cool down the brakes. My car has the same thing.
How did you get a grill that is fully open not blocked off on the sides?
You could order it online. But i bought it off someone local to me
Thats some good stuff 10w-40 is the best way too go
Its been working good so far💪🏼

Are the ducts functional? Or just for aesthetics?
The ducts are functional. There are plastic tubes behind them. Directs the air to the brakes for cooling down
