Nice bass - I've caught a ton of bass over the years, up to 5+ lb but never on a handline. Great job, been trying lately but no luck so far. Guess I need to step up my game.
Im sticking to shade/cover/reeds with worms, also later in the evening has been more active too. It has been tough some days this summer, but you will get em for sure! I know a 2lb bass isn’t “big” by any means, but its big for me, and a good fight on a hand line. Thanks for the good comment!
@@thehobohandliner I'm in Erie, PA - 2 lb is an above average size for most places here. Morning and dusk are definitely the best time for bass here and most everywhere from the shore.

Almost forgot to say congrats! Thats a great bass especially on the handline, I imagine the hooks don't stay in well on larger thrashing fish.
