Hyped as hell! And i really REALLY hope Rania, Camus, Pashta and/or Ben makes a Cameo. Oh and that eldritch elevator too. Loved that one.

@@Parkrone Will prolly play Cloudpunk when we are closer to Nivalis' release. :) I will miss driving in first person, being able to look under my feet! But excited for the other aspects Nivalis will bring.
on one hand i'm depressed it's so far away, but on the other hand I'm glad you guys are taking the time you feel you need to take. I can't wait to play it
I am SO unbelievably excited for this, cloudpunk has really burrowed its way inside my soul and I've played it (+ city of ghosts) countless times since i furst came across it in early 2022. It's a game that has a very special place in my heart, let alone just how much i adore it on more of a surface level.
It's a shame we're not getting nivalis this year, but it just makes me even more confident that everyone involved has enough time to create something really beautiful. I can't wait for next spring!!
Wow, very impressive. Even the Vangelis-like soundtrack has me hyped. Good on them for expanding the I.P. while still making a whole new game with whole new gameplay mechanics.

This is one of the games I am most excited about in the coming months. A little sad about the postponement for next year because I wanted to play right away, but take your time. Only launch it when you guys think it's ready. Better to postpone than to launch broken. Looking forward for this one

When IONLANDS first released Cloudpunk and I played it, I felt that this game, struck my heart so hard and managed to communicate something that us people who grow up in increasingly monstrous, impersonal cities struggle to articulate. I felt understood and I felt my feelings were opened up onto a screen for me to see. The first time I played Cloudpunk, zooming through nivalis, numb, I felt warm, connecting with the people in a most isolating place.
I thought Nivalis would be a "lifestyle" game. Like, I don't know, the farmville kinda game. It would only be normal for a developer to capitalise on their worldbuilding that way.
No. This trailer, the moment I watched this trailer, I felt the exact same way I felt on those Friday nights at 3am, listening to Huxley's prose and watching the sombriety of the city around me. To know that I can immerse myself completely, first-person, and talk to people and connect with them again, this is just utterly beautiful. I think IONLANDS has outdone themselves again. This is utterly beautiful work and wait till 2025 I will.

This is amazing. I remember when the first videos came out for this game and to see how far it has come in development with the music and the art is just inspiring. I am starting on my own game development process and this game has been a huge inspiration even if our artistic styles differ. I've been watching this game since it was first announced and the team should be proud of what this has become.
oh my god this is even cooler than I expected! really bringing Nivalis to life.
If this has Ray Tracing it will look crazy good on an OLED if the HDR is also implemented correctly on this game
Even though we still have to wait half a year, I'm glad that development is progressing and showing such an excellent world! I love cloudpunk, and I can't wait to fall in it again!
There are very few things I want more than to take a train ride through a Cyberpunk city in first person. I'm already sold on Nivalis, but as long as it provides that, no matter what, I'm going to be happy.

Holy shit they didn't need to go that hard on the Vangelis synth but they did. I gotta have this, this just convinced me to play Cloudpunk.

Nivalis, I read this as a hommage to Vangelis (the background music is so inspired by his Blade Runner soundtrack). This game looks promising. Future noir with a neon touch.
I remember this game, saw a video about it maybe a couple of years ago while The Last Night also popped on my radar. While I don't expect TLN to come out anymore, I hope this one does. It looks so good!

First of all it looks amazing, i'ts a shame that it got delayed to 2025 though. I am kinda sad that we're not getting the HOVA travel from Cloudpunk but I assume it would be a pain to code and make the game run smooth with both city and then HOVA travel. Still this is probably my nr 1 game that I cannot wait for.
