Kinda wonder how much good it would do. Loctite isn't very effective when heated up. And that thing is gonna be hot.

So did you manage to install it without changing your oil completely?

That's right, I just topped it off. No need to change the oil completely but you could since you've already removed the oil filter.

@@InfamousCreep yea, I would if I hadn't just done it about 500 miles ago. Oil for these is pricey enough already. Was it on the kickstand when you did this? Thanks!

How much extra oil does it take for the cooler

I didn’t add anything extra, but I would say maybe half a quart extra 🤷

Do you need to fill the hoses and oil radiator prior to installation? Or do you just fill the filter and that's it? Can it be done without changing the oil completely?

I just filled the filter, the oil cooler doesn’t get oil until it hits a certain temperature. Meaning the oil flows normally at startup.

You don’t have to change the oil, but you could since you’ve removed the oil filter. I just changed my oil, so I kept it in the motor 👍

You need a elbow dude ! in your connection .

It worked out just fine, just had to place it at the very top of the frame. But you could use an elbow to keep it low on the frame

Every fitting you put in the system it reduces the flow of oil
