Hello. I want to say thank you. My research was very short when a book that I had since I was very little. I had received it after my very first battery operated HOT WHEELS car set that i remember advertised on 📺 TV in 1968 or 1969. Those were the days. The motorized thruster made the Emerald-green car with the rare hood engine that came with the set at that time. Not realizing as you narrated this was All Star HOT WHEELS sets in by the time the GOLDEN 📓 BOOK was released in 1969. The book I own is kind of messed up now. Would like a reissue. What a classic of my childhood with HOTWHEELS. I have many collections of them ever since. This is another wonderful hobby & the joys of HOT WHEELS & MATTEL .
Great photos of the cars, those Spectra Flame colours really stood out when they were new, you could see why they were such a big hot the first couple of years.
Hi, I'm a big fan of yours. I was wondering if you can make a video where you put all your hot wheels sizzlers cars on the longest fat track oval you can make. I would really like to see an Indy 500 style race. Keep up the good work :)
A great idea. However, I sold most of my Sizzlers cars and track off so I can't come through on your suggestion. I plan to do a few more Sizzlers tracks but they are from Italy and Japan and are single lane orange tracks.
It’s so great to see the cars from the 60’s again. Love the video and thanks for sharing 👍👍

Thanks for those rare pages
I had the book and the cars and still have an attraction to anything in those colours.
Great read and love those photos!👻👍
I can still smell those pop-up vinyl playsets and be transported back to 1970!

Kind of random for a channel that does tracks
Never knew they made a book? Kool!
It's like a bedtime story

No. There are people who fix up redlines. The Redline Shop (at www.redlineshop.com) is one place that does.
