Ultralight Dock Fishing With Jigs for Everything

A chill ultralight sesh with my sensei and grandpa. We got on a great bite, but the big fish could not be found.
The Rods: J.G. Custom Rods 4 ft Dock Rod
The Reels: Pflueger President 20
The Jigs: Fiskas Epoxy 3mm tungsten Jig (color: E61 glow red bead)
The Plastics: I actually have no idea, I thought it was a Clam Jamie but it's not, if you know what it is, please share with the class.
