Thanks for the video. I purchased similar LG stackable washer/dryer years ago. Now, I need to bring down the dryer in order to repair the washer. However, I found out that the professional installers from Homedepot over-tighten the two screws on the front bracket to the point that screw threads were stripped. They just spin in the hole and do not come out. I will need to drill out the screws 😂
Hey Ellen! Thanks for dropping us a line. You are correct, depending on install, you may need to level the unit as well. Sorry we didn't get into that detail! :)

Thank you Chad, and Adam very informative keep up the good Work.
You showed the easy part. How the heck are you supposed to hook up a ridgid dryer vent to the back of the dryer with it against the wall?
Add some semi-rigid to it. That way when you push it back it will bend. Just avoid crushing it. We know it's easier said than done.
by stacking the washer and dryer, the company expects every users are 7feet tall, so they can red those operating keys on the dryer.
Check level first !
Can I use this kit for non LG washer/dryers? Also for different brand washer AND dryer?
We would suggest only using the factory recommended kit.
Hi, just wanted to ask what kind of kit did you used?
