@MOPARGuy Head high for a basket ball player! LOL Look at the thumb nail for the video! The controls are over the repairman's head and slanted back toward the celing! My Wife is 5'5"!
Being 5'3", I had the same concern. I keep one of those little step stools handy in the laundry area (also the hall closets, pantry, garage, etc) since I'm short and usually need a boost to reach higher shelves. I've seen them on amazon for around $12. I waited 6 years to get the washer/dryer in stacked configuration, it will really save my bad back from having to bend/stoop getting laundry out of the dryer :-)
Easy to install WHEN YOU HAVE FOUR FEET OF CLEARANCE IN ANY DIRECTION. You can't attach the washer and dryer in place and, once you stack them, you can't move them into place. Terrible, terrible design.

@MOPARGuy Not if you don’t have the room. We had to stack them. No room to put them side-by-side in our small home.

You should turn your pliers around the other way when screwing the legs in.
