Love you, hugsxx ❤Roe PS, a loss of a relationship is like a death, sadly. It takes time to get through your grief, which stinks! You also just lost you're dad Kim! This is hard stuff. Therapy is a long-term commitment and not quick. If you can access pastoral counseling and/or a bereavement group at your parish, I truly believe it will help you. 🙏

Oh Kim, it's normal that you're going through so much trauma. You gave your heart and soul to the cheater. Now you're flooded with memories and emotions. I'm glad you're having therapy, because that can lessen your burden. Hugs! ❤
