I’m about to be 33, and I’ve lived by myself since I was 22. It’s both beautiful, and bittersweet. Having so much time to yourself, really allows you to know who you are, and what you want out of life. At the same time, though, it’s easy to feel a little lonely and crave someone to be there. But once someone else comes into your space, you start to wish that you were by yourself again. Very odd. At least for me. But if you can be comfortable with being by yourself for an extended length of time, you could be comfortable in any situation. It’s really an invaluable skill to have.

2:23 I feel that. I’m 20, about to turn 21, and I just refuse to allow myself to do be around things that are detrimental to actual growth. A lot of people my age aren’t even into trying to do things that are actually valuable, which is fine for them, but that’s not for me. I look forward to meeting people though who love learning, creating, and growing as much as I do.

one huge mistake people make is that if they do something for someone, anyone and hope for or expect reciprocation of some kind from that person !! you will always be disappointed or resentful, if you give, give freely with no strings and your heart will be so full of joy !!
Such a great channel and content. You and your girlfriend are the cutest, and I love how she is helping you navigate through these challenging times of growth. I used to feel the same exact way, and what I've learned for myself is that it's when I overextend or do things that I actually do not want to do to get the love and acceptance I'm craving (also known as people pleasing), that's when I would run into an issue of feeling like I was giving and people weren't pouring back into me. I think the key is to only do what genuinely feels good and natural to you, so that it can be completely pure and you're not looking for anything in return. It's a great way to take care of yourself while also taking care of the people you love, and it's free and clear without any expectations.
Take time with yourself, don’t rush into anything. Life is hard sometimes. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had my heart broken and now I’m happy just being by myself. I’m a introvert, so it’s perfect.
I went through something like this last year and I've removed so many people out of my life and found my peace. Glad to hear that you are aware of this and making a change 💪 lots of love to you and Taja xx

That part about giving and reciprocation….I can definitely relate. I get the idea that there’s a part of me that is envious of the good I do for others…maybe some kind of alarm to fill my cup before pouring…,but is what it is.
I'm a Pisces! And it's imperative that I have Solitude in my life. So that means Moderation and everything I do! It makes co-workers and friends upset, but I rather spend my time with my dog and books. But I do believe everyone is looking for something meaningful! I'm sorry, but you won't find it on social media! We need human beings connections. And deep and thought provoking conversations! It comes around every 20 years to reestablish growth, internal (and external) change, and fine tuning of your life overall. Saturn is the “father” figure of the solar system. Basically, “with great power comes with great responsibility”.
