Greetings from a random Intel employee. Looks like Intel is the first customer for the new ASML High-NA machine. Thank you to the random ASML engineer and the random Zeiss engineer!
Dude, you are as smart as Moore. You don't need to justify your work by a random conjecture made by another smart guy daydreaming one afternoon... I don't think there is any need to start your talk with moore's growth projection.
bit disappointed in the spreading of misinformation regarding photolithography processes, esp. by a supposed intel employee presenting to what I presume are fee paying college students.
greetings from a random ASML engineer. Hope to bring you EUV soon.
looks like y'all did it
You work in ASML? Which division?
did you manage to bring EUV to intel?
greetings from a random ZEISS engineer. Hope to bring you High-NA EUV soon.

lithography Technique
“10nm is coming out in 2015” in 2019 intel is stuck on 14 for atleast 2 more years
Well done, I understood a lot more about challenges and how lithography works! Thank you.
Wow. Learned a lot,great presentation !
Really loved it
