If you’ve already shortlisted the universities and if you know you’ve met the requirement in TOEFL then I don’t see the point of writing it again and again.
If you haven’t shortlisted any universities, I suggest you to do so and then decide if you have to write again or not.
Please practice a lot try solving more practise papers and get a grip on time management.
