@@RossIELTSAcademy personally, I don't think that she was confident. She was nervous, I felt that she also was hesitating. I am not commenting to make anyone feel sad, but I think her band is not 9 she might be 7 or 7.5. I saw many people who got band 9 they have better way of speaking and more confident. Again, I am not bullying her, I am just explaining that as a student who is studying for IELTS, scoring her band 9, might give me a hope that I would score it too. But I don't think so. Even my teacher he is an examiner, he told me the same.
@@ahmadsuleiman493 my dear friend, she got 9 in the real test, too. She is one of our instructors that did this mock test so that those who are studying for IELTS have a clear idea about this test. Best of luck 🌹

omg actually I hadn't any idea of a real IELTS speaking test. I'm an intermediate level student and have a long way to learn more and get prepare for this test. I was scrolling TH-cam for watching videos about how to improve my English level from b1+ to c1 and suddenly saw this video. that was wonderful, I envy her because of the way she's talking with confidence and doesn't seem scared or nervous. my grammar level isn't that much bad but when it's time to talk I get incredibly nervous, and my hands start shaking. also, I thought getting 9 at this part of the test is really hard but after watching this video I realized it's not that much tough at all. she didn't use any complicated words but also, she could talk clearly about what she's thinking about. that was really helpful!!! thanks a lot
She did make some mistakes like at one point she said “stuffs” instead of “stuff.” English is my first language and I was curious to see how IELTS gets tested. For native speakers it is clear that the lady does not speak English as her first language and is a non-native but it is also clear that she speaks very confidently and her grammar is almost always correct. She probably writes English better than many native English speakers.
She also made many errors in sentence construction. Her vocab is at best a high intermediate. Many ppl have mistaken her fluency for proficiency. I’m aghast her examiner said her vocab is spot on. Native speakers won’t use some of the expressions she’d used. There are too many list but one example would be: She said--’’ Recently, we can easily see that ppl are celebrating celebrations that aren’t part of their culture.’’ It should have been ‘Ppl nowadays are celebrating events that aren’t part of their culture’.
She's marvelous, I noticed that she was a little nervous in the beginning so that there was a tremor in her voice but then she held her self and passed the exam in a very good way.
Beautifully done. She has such a rich grammar and language. She is eloquent and give really logical and good answers. After watching different mock tests, i conclude that in order to success you should know yourself quite well, be able to talk naturally of your past and present, especially topics like what you study or the job you have, at the same time, you should know about different topics, international affairs, whats going on in the world, culture, but also more normal and casual topics like music, movies, clothes. Great job!
After watching this I lost my all confidence 😭😭😭😭she is so good her pronunciations so good, I felt like I can’t answer the question like her with my own native language

When I had IELTS classes to prepare me for the test, first is very important to grow out vocabulary, confidence comes with practice and studying nonetheless but a trick that my teacher taught us is that if a question doesn't relate anything to us and we have no idea how to answer it, the best is to lie. The important part is to answer the question coherently, fluently and such. Doesn't matter if the answer is something a little (or completely) made up.
@@user-rn7qp6cr7u I think the same thing. Because in real situation, I was very nervous, my whole vocabulary was disappeared. I had spoken faster, but without good structures in my sentences. I became lowest score, as I had expected. Nowadays more complicated to me, without practice during last 3 years. Because I was pregnant and with my baby at home, in isolation. I'm trying to recover my knowledge again. Plus another 3 languages had influence, especially with grammar structure and thinking process. It's complicated switching between 4 absolutely different types of languages. 😜😂

BTW i got 7.5 in the mock exam so i am confident that i be more fluent and coherent in my main exam .. love from UAE ... XO
hbb, you should see the bogus speaking examination of the french language. You literally have to take on a role given to you by the examiner. 2 parts: first part you need to ask 10 questions about a certain subject (and this might be something you have 0 knowledge about) and second part you need to convince the examiner but in an informal (friendly) way about the subject given to you. Talk about frustration. I had to do it a second time in order to feel at ease. IELTS is nothing compared to that.
I think it's because preparation for exams and exams in particular are a big business. As it's a business, people want to know what they pay for in exam centers, language schools, educational sites and they want to have a good value for money. I think it's one of the reasons why exams have certain standards.
I am impressed that she speaks well despite not frm English speaking countries. She uses idioms which it flows freely which impressed the interviewer the most and the listener like me . Since she works as a English teacher, I have no doubt that she won’t speak well . As she scores band 9 frm speaking , I am pretty sure that she might have gotten the same band frm writing as well . She’s an absolutely elegant woman. Even though she felt a bit nervous at first, I can sense she has got peace from Allah, which is why she could keep her confidence continuously. Nice done ❤🎉
actually I took Ielts exam twice but my examiners aren't kind like this guy, they look so serious and unhappy lol
Here in Canada most of them are like him. But generally speaking, examiners are human beings so you can find both serious and kinds

I salute her😘🎖️ she has described all the things simply and in a general way.
This lady deserves more than band 9. She was very comfortable with all her questions

@@RossIELTSAcademy I didn't doubt you guys, it happens, but it doesn't mean that she really has to get band 9.

omg actually I hadn't any idea of a real IELTS speaking test.
@@burakcak3326 Actually if you want to emphasize or stress what you're saying you can do that. So did make is totally correct. ;)
What about the examiner? Please make some comments about him.
Hi can you practice with me ?
Even native speakers make mistakes if you grill them long enough they would eventually succumb
She also made many errors in sentence construction. Her vocab is at best a high intermediate. Many ppl have mistaken her fluency for proficiency. I’m aghast her examiner said her vocab is spot on.
Native speakers won’t use some of the expressions she’d used. There are too many list but one example would be:
She said--’’ Recently, we can easily see that ppl are celebrating celebrations that aren’t part of their culture.’’
It should have been ‘Ppl nowadays are celebrating events that aren’t part of their culture’.
She's marvelous, I noticed that she was a little nervous in the beginning so that there was a tremor in her voice but then she held her self and passed the exam in a very good way.
After watching this, i think i'm not ready for my IELTS test.
Omg same please I am having anxiety while watching her answer I wouldn’t even answer some of the part 3 questions like I would need time to think 😭
Practice makes perfect
I have same filings after watching this video 😭😭
Hhhh same here
Can we like have group chats, im so nervous too
Nice session.
The confidence appears in her talking and the examiner is very cooperative
Definitely
Beautifully done. She has such a rich grammar and language. She is eloquent and give really logical and good answers. After watching different mock tests, i conclude that in order to success you should know yourself quite well, be able to talk naturally of your past and present, especially topics like what you study or the job you have, at the same time, you should know about different topics, international affairs, whats going on in the world, culture, but also more normal and casual topics like music, movies, clothes. Great job!
Yeah, I also watched some videos, they are all about casual topics as you said.
I love your confident when speaking and your sitting posture. You answer so calmly
After watching this I lost my all confidence 😭😭😭😭she is so good her pronunciations so good, I felt like I can’t answer the question like her with my own native language
If only she could make a video to explain how could she manage to improve her english
Its all about confidence,..
@@rachidazouguagh5831
- watch a lot of videos in English (not English learning videos, but casual videos of any subject you like like history, geography, philosophy)
- Speak a lot, either alone or find friends who want to speak in English, it'll loosen your tongue.
No, don’t think negative to yourself, let keep going to practice and be enjoyable with learning, next future it’s yours.
Really it was a wonderful interview. He gives answer confidently and deserve score 9....I hope examiner will give his best mark....

Because I was pregnant and with my baby at home, in isolation. what is a mock exam?
Admire rather than being envious. I wish l could speak like her. No fancy language usage, but audible and clear to listen.
Why don’t we just make a normal conversation to prove i can speak ..this is stressing
You can.. That's how I got a band 7
hbb, you should see the bogus speaking examination of the french language.
You can I got 8 bands in speaking just engage with the examiner!

God bless to those who are having IELTS exams and practice is the key to success. You all have my prayers and love to know that you also did the same like her and many other friends.

I took ielts many times in one year and my speaking scores range from 6.5 - 8. It really depends on the questions you get. Some are hard to answer and explain further. Some are way too easy. And the examiner does play a crucial role.
I wish i can pass the exam ..
how long you get from ielts 6.5 to ielts 8?
@@ybagus81 If I'm not mistaken, I got 7 the first time, then 8, then 7.5, sometimes 6.5. Like I said, it depends on the set of questions you get. I didn't really practice speaking seriously because my aim was to improve the writing score.
