@abdidarwiish740 well I am not an expert. But the only thing that helped me was to do every part with a goal in my mind. For example, in the reading section, I used to read and look for the main idea of each passage because it helped me to pick best summarizing sentences the last question of each passage. In the listening, I used to look for the key answers like why the student visits porfessor what is his problem and what professor suggests before starting to listen. for the speaking and writing, it's really important to have a template and practice it.
