I never knew Tremonti's daughter had Down's Syndrome. My wife's Aunt who we lost in 2019 was also Down's Syndrome and was one of the most beautiful human beings I ever had the privilege of knowing. What a wonderful way for Mark to honor his daughter.

Feel alot better about it now since it's there for his daughter. I bought a shirt and both colors of the albums when he did the Frank Sinatra covers for a down syndrome charity thing. I wore the shirt to the meet and greet and he said, "hey, love the shirt buddy"
I met them both back during their tour for the first Alter Bridge album, so nice and unpretentious. Mark was one of my early guitar heroes and inspired me to pick up the guitar at 15 (around the time Creed was at their zenith).
That is how he comes across in everything I see him in. And it is the way to go. How can you improve if you already think you're the best? Try to learn as much as you can, be humble and pass on your knowledge. \m/
Mark is not just a great player, he is also seems like such a cool, modest dude that truly understands and respects his craft, his equipment, and his relationships that have helped him along the way.
The take away from this that I've taken is two fold 1) How much MT cares about his signature pieces being accessible/affordable 2) how passionate Paul Reed Smith is about product development and working with his artists.

Mark and Myles are really such nice an humble guys. I was working for them on a tour in 2008 and got food for them. I completely screwed up the orders and got Mark a sandwich (which he wanted) with Mayonese (which he didn’t want…). Instead of throwing it on the wall or at me, he just scraped the Mayonese off and told me not to worry 🙈😂
I finally got to see Alterbridge last spring on their kings and pawns tour with WVH and damn they were epic. Myles was playing in his home town of Spokane WA, so they pulled out all the stops
I've been to several meet and greets before Alterbridge shows and Mark and Myles as well as Brian and Scott are always just down to earth chill guys and outstanding musicians. Wish they received the notoriety and air time they so deserve. Super stoked for the MT100 finally come out of hiding also!
Mark is an absolute legend and an inspiration to me as a guitar player, songwriter and performer. Plus, he’s one of the nicest, most down to Earth guys on the planet.
Had the opportunity to work back stage security for AB in the early days in Florida. The guys were always great to work with and so down to earth. No head cases and easy going. I have always bought their new stuff through the years. Great musicians and people.
I’ve had an MT15 for several years & find it to be the best lunchbox head I’ve ever tried. It sounds like a full size amp. I’ve been very interested in the MT100 after hearing Mark talk about how flexible they were trying to make it. After hearing it here it sounds like they accomplished that. I especially like that the 2nd channel isn’t just a lower gain version of the 3rd channel, it’s a different animal entirely. Really looking forward to trying one of these.
what a cool guy. no rush, no tension or awkwardness. you can really tell that some musicians are happy they can nerd out about gear and some who seem annoyed theres another label mandated interview for some music magazine they couldnt get over with fast enough.
Mark and Myles are such great guys and incredible musicians. I lost my son Phoenix in August last year and heard Blackbird for the first time just randomly a day or two after his funeral and man that song hit me so hard. That's our boys song now . Tear up everytime I hear it. Pretty wild that's what Mark was playing at the intro of this vid.
I had played guitar for most of my life. I owned 100's of guitars including Vintage LP's, strats, Ibanez, etc. The greatest playing and sounding guitar I ever owned was my SE Tremonti. I bought it new in open box condition it had some minor finish scratches for ~$400.00.

Got a black one 400 smackers at the local hometown Mark T G.C. it's my 2nd PRS I thought I loved my Zack Myers trampas green SE but my PRS SE "T" is a player I CANT PUT DOWN.
Awesome seeing Mark and Myles again, both are absolutely killer players and the Tremonti is one of the coolest guitars I’ve ever seen. Myles’ new signature also looks really cool, I still remember so many people wondering what the hell that design was but I honestly still like the uniqueness of it
Mark Tremonti is a guitar god to me, I learned the way I play because of him and James Hetfield Ofcourse. Met Mark in Chicago, he was such a gentleman and down to earth, he gave me his hand signed guitar pick, he fist bumped and just gave me his pick, means whole lot to me!!!!

I saved for like 10 years to get a Tremonti SE, during lockdown I got fired from one of my jobs, I had 3 at the time, but that was the main one... when I got the boot I thought, you know what? I have been taking sht from every job I have had since I left college, I have not been on vacation for like 8 years, so I pulled the trigger on it... It is great, and what it represents there is just so much sacrifice put into it, and to really feel the quality, it is just on another level

I'm definitely going to be buying that haha I got the MT-15 when they first came out with the 6L6s. this dude really knows his tone I've been waiting so long for Mark to reveal the MT-100 he looks really excited about its launch and so humble by really trying to keep it affordable for everyone to get there hands on this thing, truly an awesome guy, looking forward to the pedal line up!
At 1800 it's not really that affordable, but the tone is gonna be worth it. At 1500 or less it'd be affordable, more than that, it's just a luxury item that not many can afford....
I caught these guys at the Cherokee Casino on May 13th and it was an awesome show!!!!! The power of their performance was incredible!!!!!! Their sound guy is probably the highest paid in the industry, I spent most of my time right in front of the stage, but I did move around to different locations within the venue to get a sense of the sound in a whole and it was amazing!!!! No matter where you were at in the venue the sound was amazing!!!!! One of the best bands I have seen live in the last 20 years!!!!!! Being a guitar player and singer, I love to GEEK out on these rig rundown videos!!!! I totally understand the gear and the passion the players feel and talk about when describing their TOYS!!!! Love the videos, please keep them coming!!!!!

I saw Alter Bridge last year in Zagreb on Myles' birthday. They just blew it out of the park, their set was great, they sounded amazing and I loved it. I would love to see them again!
I have a pre-birds 2009 Tremonti SE. Always loved it, but when I put Seymour Duncan pickups and a TonePros adjustable wraparound bridge on it... it's my favourite guitar now.
I agree with Tremonti's simple approach, tuner-gate-wah-drive was also my pedalboard, with the addition of a good amplifier and an effects unit for delays/reverbs and modulations in the loop.
Good to see someone else using lab-bench power supplies (the Kikasui he's using). Only person I've ever heard of using them, other than myself, is Angus Young. They truly are a secret weapon when it comes to tube amps.
FINALLY GOT TO SEE THE MT100!!! Now i just need a couple of grand to be able to afford it before i turn 50. Love the way Mark and Myles are so friendly and humble with whoever they interact with.
28:25 I was BLOWN AWAY seeing that Mark uses a pedal that drops the pitch of the tuning without messing with the strings. I do the same with my Digitech pedalboard and I have like 6 low tunings without compromising my tone!
Shame you didn't get to run down Brian's rig, but he's famously pretty camera shy. I spy some Ampegs in the rack behind Myles, and Brian's always been an Ashdown guy, so that certainly made me curious.
That amp seem killer. I get that thing about having 3 channels. I used to have a 3 channel amp with a crunch channel wich comes in handy for an overdriven sound using the amp instead of an OD pedal. Great rig rundown.

MT15s are just so fricken noisy for live work. They feedback easily, too. Sounds great, though. If the MT100 fixes those issues, I'm all in.

Being that PRS gave him the greenlight to do a soft reveal, should mean we arent far off from its launch.

For me, having the Tremonti baritone and the Holcomb USA are the best PRS I’ve owned. The Holcomb wins with the flatter radius neck
