I made this for my birthday cake and it was fabulous! I even loved it 3 days after and my non keto fiance kept sneaking off pieces and bringing them into his office with his morning coffee. I just made this cake and it was fabulously delicious! I added crushed pecans before baking which added lots of texture. In addition, I tweaked the frosting by adding a squirt of lime juice and a splash of vanilla extract. Soooo yummy! Thank you for a wonderful cake! BTW, hubby said this is now his fav! THAT’s saying something!!🤣

Looks really good, I loved Cinnabun when I was able to eat it years ago. Now that I'm on KETO I sort of missed those days.. I made some of my own Cinnabun a while back and really loved it.. It's hard to believe you can be KETO, and still be able to have such great flavor. It's hard to match a lot of the foods perfectly but I think we all come close. Been watching you for years now and still enjoying the journey. Thanks for another Great Video.

I don’t know if you’re going to see my comment but I want to thank you for sharing this wonderful recipe 🙏 I love Cinnabon rolls but I am pre-diabetic and must watch out for the sugar intake. I made the cake and left it chilling in the fridge overnight and oh my goodness, it is heavenly delicious and very filling, which is great for portion control. I’ve added Madagascar vanilla extract to the batter (a little pricey but worth it!) and used xilitol as the sweetner. Your videos are very pleasant to watch 👍God bless you and your family. Sarah you rock!!! I have been trying so many Keto recipies. They all claim that no one can tell they are Keto. They are mistaken. Your recipies really are delicious. Thank you for making Keto not a diet, but a reasonable lifestyle. My health issues are dramatically better and I feel like I can sustain this eating plan. My adult children will see what I have made and try it. Other people's recipies get a polite bite and a no thank you. When I have made something from you (magic cookies anyone?) they just keep eating them then demand the recipie. Please don't stop, you are the BEST!!!!!!!

I'm due to keto myself and I've lost 27 lb I weigh 258 and I'm 5'11 so I can get away with a little bit and I need to get down to 200 so 60 more pounds so I'm just curious how much weight have you lost just cuz I like to know people's stories so it gives me hope that I'm going to get there

I would also like to say I LOVE how you explain the why behind how you do certain things you don’t just tell is *what* to do but WHY. Like how you said you weren’t really using much sweetener in the icing since you were going more for some tang from the cream cheese and the cake already had the sweetness. ❤

The BEST keto dessert recipe hands down. For those who are new to keto and have been disappointed by other recipes try this dessert. Super moist. My question is...Can I switch out the cinnamon for cacao in the glaze? Should I change the sugar along with it? The cake is truly a delight. Trying to make it into a marble-like Coffee-Cake. I halved the recipe but my cinnamon layer wasn't liquid like yours so I think I packed too much brown sugar alternative into 1/4 cup. I couldn't get it to swirl into the base. But I would make it again with less brown sugar. Thanks and so glad you got to say viscosity twice. Fun word!

I made this for a special breakfast for my husband. He really likes coffee cakes, etc. I am eating low carb, and I have tried MANY low carb dessert and treat recipe. This is THE BEST by far!!!
