I made this today. My 9x13 wasn’t deep enough, so I made a mini dessert too. The mini doesn’t have a crust, but I’m sure it will be fine. My husband wasn’t home. Usually it is his job to lick the spoon/beaters as I cook……the job fell to me. OMG! Can I give this 100 👍?? This is my newest KEEPER holiday recipe. I've tried these no-bake pumpkin desserts before, but they just don't have the richness of the traditional pie with the eggs. Very pretty, tho! I bet it'd be extra good with some rum extract in the pumpkin layer !

For some reason, my crust was a lot more liquid than yours & required approximately 25 minutes in the oven. Irregardless, it was a decadent dessert and I felt totally guilty eating it for that very reason. So good! I have requests to make it again for someone’s birthday in February 🎈. Thank you!

I don't eat keto sweets because I know myself and they are to easy for me to binge on. BUT, this would be something I would love to make to take to my sisters or brother in laws home for the holidays. I think I will actually make this for them so thank you very much.
