Both myself and my partner Sarah have lost over 60 plus pounds (each of us) doing the Keto diet. So I’m late to the party. This looks doable even with my minimal skills. I’m trying to lower the amount of carbs I consume instead of eating the whole bag of potato chips…I’m trying to find an alternative I like and will eat! Thank you for opening my eyes to other possibilities!

I've been using crushed tomatoes, which come in just short of a quart-sizeed can and act like they have tomato paste in them, but don't (citric acid and calcium chlorate added to the tomato juice part). Try them, you might like them. Thanks for your consistently-good, healthy recipes and ideas!

Looks good! My supermarket rotisserie chickens are so dry, so I would use cooked breasts. Does anyone know who sells moist rotisserie chicken? Are costco chickens moist? Anyhow, thanks!.
