    Great video Jackie.
I would love to hear you stories about burnout in copywriting, and how you overcame that.
As I’m currently going through that right now. Thanks

Lots of people seemed to relate to that! So I will definitely be adding this to the list!

hey Jackie! thanks for the video im currently watching at the beginning and had a question about the burnout part you went over. How do you go about taking a break/stepping back when you dont have inspiration if you have some work that needs to be done or clients reaching out?? Like for example say you have two clients currently expecting work from you when you feel that burnout, do you push through and finish their work and not accept other newer clients? Or maybe do you accept other clients but give them a date to when you can do their expected work? i hope this make sense as i am glad you touched on this topic. I have been wondering how would someone as a freelancer go about handling burnout.

That's a good question! I should cover that in a future video!
But usually, it depends. I'm not a person who likes to push back deadlines for any reason, so if I commit to a timeframe, it will get done. I usually take everything but client work off my plate so I have the mental space to just finish my current client load and then build in as much wiggle room as possible until my next client projects.
It's hard! I don't think I have perfected a balance to it yet. Years ago I went through it so hard I almost quit writing, so it's always a work in progress!

I feel so confused whether I should freelance or get a copywriting job to polish my skill and learn the ins and outs of it, since I am still a beginner. But I don’t want to get stuck at the job.

You can always get a job and then leave! Spending more time than needed debating between the two is only going to drain your mental energy. Both are good paths and you can do one or the other at any time :)

@@jpearce30 how long would you say on average you should stay at a job? Curious of your thoughts.

For me that would be hard to say! I never was with a copywriting job
