Absolutely love my Ballistic Advantage barrel. Put about 300 rounds through it so far and it's super accurate and the tolerances are tight.

I really get a kick out of some barrel installation video's , I have been working the M16 Platform going on 40 years , " 22 years U.S.M.C. " I can honestly say I have installed at least 1000 barrels and I have NEVER in my career used a torque wrench . I also have never had a barrel come loose either. I am in the process of assembling an AR pistol with a B.A. 11.5" now to compare it against my Wilson barrels for accuracy .I shall return with a report.

@@ozymandias9549 1. Report : Forgetfulness is getting worse 2. Ballistics Advantage barrel accuracy was average 1.5 - 2" at best at 100 yards tried a number of bullet weights , hand loads and factory ammo.. I do much better with Wilson Combat stainless barrels and even E.R. Shaw barrels.

M5 ba 16 barrel with atlas s one guard .308 how much torque should I be applying. I mean nothing against you but you're demonstrating torque on these videos without a torque wrench. So its kinda confusing. Thanks your tips are super helpful

Alright so I have a question for you. My first question is why does it take so long for you guys to respond back to my emails? I've emailed you guys quite a few times trying to figure out which Barrel I should buy from you guys. I emailed cinterion barrels and they first stop state that their barrels are way more accurate than your guyses which I cannot confirm nor deny but they get right back to me. Within a couple hours. I have been waiting almost 3 days to hear back from you guys and still have not heard anything. This makes me very concerned. Based on the reviews from other purchasers I decided to just go ahead and purchase a barrel from you. Hopefully if there are any issues with the barrel you guys will not take this long to respond back.

how do you get a barrel nut on a barrel if it does not fit over the pinned gas block on hanson BA barrel

already have installed however cannot get the pin all the way through got 3/4 of the way
Is it normal to have some wobble from the barrel once mounted on to the receiver? I have a ballistics advantage modern series 14.5 " barrel that I can flex at the end of the NOVESKE pic muzzle and makes contact with my slim key mod handguard in 15".
I figured I need to take off the gas block which I did however the BA gas tube is reversed
