  • Its been a long time coming. The brand new Hyundai Accent SEL 2022 is back for it's final year of production. Luckily, I was able to drive a new Accent from Hyundai of Fort Meyers back to my dealership in Orlando. Over the course of driving I was able to get much better mileage than the window sticker estimate. I didn't just get 40 MPGs. I was able to achieve over 50 miles per gallon! Don't believe me? Check out the video. Enjoy!

    I have had my 2022 SEL for about a month. In 80% city driving I am getting 42mpg. Amazing 😀 Yeah I am a senior so I don't drive it hard. I could have bought a much more expensive car but the Accent was all I needed. Sad to hear this will be the last year for it in North America. Glad I got one now.

    Absolutely Love, Love, Love The Accent. When my mom and I brought my sister her New 2018 Hyundai Accent SEL for her Graduation. After we brought the car I didn't know what trim it was. I had to go back and look at the window sticker and it was the SEL. So I did some more research on the Trim Levels and the SEL Trim I believe is the best trim for the money.

    Going to miss the Accent. It was a perfect commuter car. Shame Hyundai discontinued it but it wasn't selling anymore

    Wow I'm impressed nice job on the video i currently own a 2021 Hyundai venue and I'm impressed with the MPG. I'll consider an accent in a future as a second car

      Well, the Hyundai Accent will be discontinued in the US after 2022 so...maybe pre-owned? Lol

      What kind of MPG do you get and what kind of driving do you do? I'm considering both the Accent and Venue.

    I bought the S E, and ordered the center armrest from eBay, very happy, has all power and Bluetooth(doesn't have apple play, or the aloy wheels, $2500 cheaper)and yes it does get 50 mpg on the interstates!(and it has back up camera)

    Miguel,. You make this car sound better than the Kia Rio. But, I thought these two cars are the same cars. What makes this Hyundai better than the Kia?

    • @MiguelMyCarGuy
      @MiguelMyCarGuy  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The cars are basically the same but for me, ownership is important. With Hyundai, I get roadside assistance for 5 years unlimited miles, as opposed to Kia's which is 5 years but LIMITED to 60k miles. Plus Hyundai has free oil changes, tire rotations, and, multipoint inspections for 3 years or 36k miles. Kia's is only 2 years or 24k miles.
