RevZilla states “No fuel remapping required, but for optimal performance RevZilla recommends use of a fuel controller” I just bought my MT-07 last week and I’m getting the same exhaust, definitely getting it tuned.
Yep, this NC weather is actually decent. I get to ride maybe once a week right now. Man, I settled on a Rebel 1100, and I love it, but I see SO many people loving their MT-07 and it makes me want one!
Right! NC was like F’ snow this year lol it’s been really mild all winter. Nothing wrong with a rebel I did the cruiser thing for a bit. Wasn’t for me in the end and I sold my Harley. It was cool but honestly after sport bikes it was just such a different head space to ride a cruiser I couldn’t do it. 😎

The ecu should be flashed, it will run without it but that bike will be running as lean as hell the akrapovic titanium is the only pipe you can put on without a tune as you can run it with the catalytic converter in and the 02 sensor, on the stock map then you can remove the cat and get it tuned, I had that same pipe on my 2021 mt07 and I put it on a dyno and it was so lean, it ran fine but the fuelling was way off…so if anyone tells you it doesn’t need tune they don’t know what they are talking about….yes it will run without one but as I said lean as hell and you will also be down on low and mid range torque without a tune……if you get it tuned you will see what I mean as the difference is a lot trust me I have owned 3 mt09s gen1 a gen2 and a gen 3….two tracer 900s ….two tracer 700s and two mt07s I have put pipes on every one of them and then put them on the dyno they all ran lean as hell so I had them all tuned and on every one the tune made a massive difference
Sir, the main restriction of mt07 is the intake... Make sure to snorkel delete before changing to hi flow filter... Only 1/8 of the filter is working, if you will not remove the snorkel...

@massimohack1367 it is but bike still will run lean. if you have it flashed/re-map.. its a lot smoother and responsive... engine braking will also improve and pops... the exhaust sound at idle and WOT will also sound deeper...
Great bike, great video my friend. I've had a ton of fun modding my new 23 MT07 as well over the winter. So for I've installed the TST integrated tail light and adjustable license mount / fender eliminator. The TST Mech GTR front signals. Womet-Tech front fork slider & rear axle slider as well as the Womet-Tech EVOS engine mount sliders. I didn't like the factory mirrors, I'm 6' 230lbs and all I saw was shoulders/arms so I went with the Rhinomoto Gen 2 bar ends with the CRG Hindsight LS 3" bar end mirrors. Also picked up the Yamaha quickshifter & Tank pads. Now I'm trying to decide between the Carbon and Titanium exhaust. How do you like your akra? Why did you choose the Carbon? Thanks for the content! Sub'd for sure.
The carbon makes better sound. The titanium with cat makes just a little more sound than the oem exhaust . But the carbon is not legal. The titanium is
@Mattzy_2.0 oké I didn't know that. I got a Arrow full system myself. I ques it's in between the carbon and the titanium sound wise. (With db killer. Otherwise it's illegal in my country)

to "properly tune" your bike on a exhaust that is used by hundreds of thousands does not make sense for $400, it's a rip off. I wish there was more people who unlock these ecu's and flip the bird to these companies that charge $600 just for a fuckin access port, then on top of that charging you $800-1000 just for a dyno tune.
