Playfulness is lightness basically with a semi acceptable level of power and a low enough weight do you have playfulness. No matter how much weight power/torque a bike has it’s not truly playful if it’s so heavy that you can’t really be a hoonigan on it at low speeds.
I've got one of the older FZ-07 models (same bike, less electronics) and I have to say, on your comment about the abs coming on early - I kind of like not having abs and traction control. Now that's not going to be for everyone, new riders specifically will benefit from abs, but personally I like not having it.

Drove the new Mt09, 890duke r, z900, ducati monster. Still liked the Mt07 best. 😁
Can you please tell me your opinions between mt07 and mt09?
@@veljkovic92 The Mt09 is much more powerful but heavier. Both are wheelie machines. But if you like a naked bike that drives like and is playful like a supermoto then the Mt07 is perfect. If you like more power then the Mt09 is a better fit for you.
If I would have to buy a more powerful bike, I would choose the Mt09
Fanks for the review I'll have to cop that bike one day
We love to see it!
OC: Hey Chase, I see you falling in love with the MT-07 the more you ride it. Curious tho, what are the chances of you getting to try out the MT-09? Would love to see what your thoughts on that are. I'm contemplating on picking up the MT-09 or Tracer 9 GT..
If you want the silliest bike ever, get the mt09.
if you want a more practical version of the silliest bike ever, get the tracer.
If you want a bike with tons of torque that's a blast around town but sucks at 100+mph, get the 07
What this guy said!
i got 21 09. Best purchase i've ever made more than my f80 m3. This thing is a beast. Hope to see 21 on C2W one day
@@chaseontwowheels I JUST WATCHED THE LATEST VID! THE MOMENT THE BIKE REVEALED, I WAS LIKE "FK YEAAAAHHHHH"
OC my very first bike got stolen last week and I’m definitely buying this one when I save enough
OC, I hope you do get one for the shop and post some projects with it!
I got my 2021 MT07 1.5 months ago, just put a touring windscreen from puig on there and now it's the perfect bike for me :D ps I posted a review of the windscreen on youtube
Okay... That's it, I think I need one in my life 🙏🏼
Love this bike! Would you recommend it as a first bike ever ?
Update: I got it! And it’s amazing!
The mt07 is the is a handy fun bike you can enjoy everyday from what I've seen and read
OC: Thanks for the review
OC after watching this I am even more stuck between this and a MT-09
great man, i love your vids and they are honestly helping me so much decide on my first bike. i’m getting my endorsement next week and i’m so nervous/excited. thanks for the great content and information always n be safe on these streets man🤙 OC
Nice MT-07 review. It's on my shortlist. OC
Good review __ thinking of getting this bike - but it will be my first bike - OC
Playfulness is lightness basically with a semi acceptable level of power and a low enough weight do you have playfulness. No matter how much weight power/torque a bike has it’s not truly playful if it’s so heavy that you can’t really be a hoonigan on it at low speeds.
OC, vibration wise, how do you find the mt07 across revs? Great content by the way 😉
I've got one of the older FZ-07 models (same bike, less electronics) and I have to say, on your comment about the abs coming on early - I kind of like not having abs and traction control. Now that's not going to be for everyone, new riders specifically will benefit from abs, but personally I like not having it.
good review, the handlebar make a big difference, the one on Mt 07 looks like a adventure handlebar , check Pro Taper Evo adventure handlebar!!! It great a comfortable ergonomics, nice upright seating position, that is why you put many miles on it compare to other bikes!!!!
OC not had a street bike in years and last bike was a dual sport. This MT-07 got my attention and love the reviews. Looking for a short more in town commute bike. Thanks!

Getting one hopefully next week! I have to get a state license first (I just moved) then I can get my motorcycle permit.
OC-might have to get me one of these.
Just got mine amazing bike
OC trying to figure out which bike to get, mt 07 or cb650R, thanks for the reviews!
Hey, I can’t call myself expert but I wondered the same way. But now I can call myslef happy owner of MT07 2021. Reason of my choice was mostly price but also weight compared to power. I needed 35kw version cause of my age and with that power MT is supposed to be mutch better
Great vid, keep it up 👍 OC
This bike is growing on me too!
Love mine I’m a fairly new rider and man I don’t think I’ll be upgrading anytime soon I would suggest a windscreen 👍🏽…OC
@Chaseontwowheels I love your channel your always very informative on various types of bikes.👍🏾 I was wondering if you could also do a review on the 2022 Yamaha XSR700 if possible. 😎🏍️
