    Thanks. Sounds good and NICE truck! The 50 is the sound I go for as well.

    I have an identical air intake and 50hd big block muffler, it offers add sound but no drone , and it doesnt get louder than the air intake, its also is quiet for towing, and flows well, anything more aggressive is loud , for daily driving and towing.... its a really good muffler for the 6.0 2500 and 3500. if you have a weekend truck and a second vehicle truck, and dont drive it on the highway or tow, a louder muffler might be more to your liking.

      I couldn't agree more. More aggressive sound for a weekend truck would be nice but for the daily drivers this setup is perfect.

    I had the 50 and it droned like mad.

      That sucks to hear you had a different experience. What truck and engine was it installed on?

      Dynomax and Magnaflow droned too.
      Corsa has been the only one that didn’t. It’s loud outside the truck but inside it’s nice and quiet.

    Hey bro what lift is on the truck? And what size tires

    • @The_Valore_Garage
      @The_Valore_Garage  ปีที่แล้ว

      I have a Rough Country 7.5" lift running 37" tires. Adding the Vertex 2.5 adjustable shocks made a world of a difference in ride quality. I still plan to put bags on the back for towing purposes but I have no complaints.

    Gettin one put on Friday, love the way it sounds for like you said the "mature" feel. Truck looks badass, what setup is it?

    • @The_Valore_Garage
      @The_Valore_Garage  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thank you. Its a Rough Country (RC) 7.5" lift on 37" tires. Going to be adding the RC Air Bags for towing and swapping the shocks to their Vertex 2.5" adjustable shock.
      You're going to like the way it sounds. I still enjoy it.

      @@The_Valore_Garage how do you like that kit? How much did it raise the truck in front? I’ve considered it and user reviews are high but all the aftermarket dealers downplay it. I’ve got 35’s on 20’s and a level with slight trimming. Want to lift it some more and was honestly thinking the 7.5 was to much but it looks great!

    Are you still happy with the 50? Or would you rather have the 40 now?

      I'm for sure still happy with the 50 and happy with the decision. There are of course days I wish I had a 40 but those are far and few between.

    @The Valore Garage Hey is there any chance you can make another video with an update on this exhaust?
    Also, include some clips using a better microphone or at least one that’s not in a garage and doesn’t pick up other background noise.
    That wild be awesome!

    • @The_Valore_Garage
      @The_Valore_Garage  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @beemer5229 unfortunately I am not in a position to do a video on the truck until the very end of the year. Hope this doesn't inconvenience your decision too much.
      If it helps, my wife and I were discussing changing it up before I got deployed. Although it is a very mature sounding exhaust and it sounds good under decent load, I think it might be a little to mature for us. I don't want obnoxiously loud but i would like it a bit louder. I really like the sound of this muffler on a cold start but then it fizzles out when it gets to operating RPMs, and I'd prefer to not drive like an A-hole just for the sound. I would like an all around deep, decent tone muffler that's louder than this. This of course is just my $.02 and when/if we change it up will put out another video of the change.
      As always, thank you.

      @@The_Valore_Garage Thanks so much for the response! I haven’t purchased one yet, so still researching.
      I just purchased a Silverado 2500HD (6.0L), but also still have an older Silverado 1500 5.3L with a Flowmaster 50 Delta Series, which does sound great, and perhaps somehow even louder/meaner than the 50HD (even though it’s much lower on the Flowmaster loudness scale).
      Does your truck have a resonator on it too? Or just the 50HD?
      Thank you for your service!

    Is it obnoxious when towing under load?

    • @The_Valore_Garage
      @The_Valore_Garage  10 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @FubarKen I personally don't think so. It obviously gets louder but it is a constant deep tone. No whine, whistle or excessive vibration. It has a clean beefy sound under load. At least from my experience inside the cab (haven't heard it from outside under load).

      @@The_Valore_Garage Thanks! That's the part most videos miss. It might sound good but hooking up to 10,000 lbs and driving for hours is what I'm worried about.
