All the supplies came from Home Depot or Lowes. The Pipe is 1 1/2 conduit piping which can be found at Home Depot or Lowes as well. You dont have to use pipe though. You can just use a 4x4 in place and use the same conduit straps to attach it to the top of the kennel and mount the roofing panels directly to the 4x4.

Thank you. The lift is a Rough Country 7" with the Vertex 2.5" adjustable shocks. Right now there 37" AMP Terrain Attack but will be replacing them soon with 37" BFGs. Fuel mileage depends on what I put in it. Its gas so I swap between Flex Fuel gas but tend to put FF if its available. Just runs stronger.

Yes there is a slope. 4" on the front to 1.5" at the back. Measured off the top rail.

I'm for sure still happy with the 50 and happy with the decision. There are of course days I wish I had a 40 but those are far and few between.

@@The_Valore_Garage 2005 GMC 2500hd 6.0 Dynomax and Magnaflow droned too. Corsa has been the only one that didn’t. It’s loud outside the truck but inside it’s nice and quiet.

No issues what so ever. I do have a, "Just in Case" tie at the corners attached to rocks, but even with the strong winds, we haven't had or seen the need for the corner ties.

Well I cant speak for the durability and quality of the Intex filters. l can only speak for the Hydrotools Filter. It has been running for 23 months now, every day 12+ hours a day and hasn't complained yet. Have not had any issues with the filter, not one. I would highly recommend.

Unfortunately you do not retain outside temp. I miss it but everything else seems to make up for the missing temp.

There’s an HDMI connector in the wiring, connect an HDMI cable to that, run the cable wherever you prefer. I ran mine out the back and toward the passenger side. When it’s not in use it can easily be tucked inside the black cover (near passenger feet).

Yes you can. I have a dog house in each kennel at the moment. The dog capacity depends on dogs and what you’re comfortable putting in the kennels.

@FubarKen I personally don't think so. It obviously gets louder but it is a constant deep tone. No whine, whistle or excessive vibration. It has a clean beefy sound under load. At least from my experience inside the cab (haven't heard it from outside under load).

@@The_Valore_Garage My box came the same way yours did. damaged. Mine was missing the lid for the filter, the one that allows you to pour in sand while keeping the tube upright and in place. Good thing my old one will fit.

@71lemans Yes the compressor kicks off at 175 PSI. Thank you, it took some time to do it the way that I wanted but no complaints as of yet.

We live in a high wind prone area and have not had issues since we've done this type of roofing. Of course we always brace for the "what ifs" and have the 4 corners weighted down with heavy rocks, but have not seen any movement over the years. You would have to use your best judgement. With the retriever roof that can be purchased (and we did), we had to retrieve the kennel 100' from its original location during one wind storm that we had one year, that's why we went this route.

I have a Rough Country 7.5" lift running 37" tires. Adding the Vertex 2.5 adjustable shocks made a world of a difference in ride quality. I still plan to put bags on the back for towing purposes but I have no complaints.

It was left over from the old retriever roof. It can easily be substituted using conduit piping found at Home Depot/Lowes
