    Three months ago I started having spine and neck issues. I have about three sessions left with a physical therapist and she has given me some of the exercises you show. This will help as it seems "easier to do exercises with someone" even virtually.

    Boy did I need this. My posture has been getting worse. Thank you for this one and the other one on posture. I will repeat often so I remember the different exercises and can do them in many different places.

    I've been doing the YTWI stretch for a few weeks now and am seeing an improvement. Too many years sitting in front of a computer has left me with bad posture. Thanks for your channel, it's inspiring

    I'm so fortunate to have found your channel. Your exercises are so 'doable'. I've always been the tortoise among the hares, but this approach has served me well for decades. I hope more seniors find you and your mom. I hope I'm as fit as she is when I reach my eighties!

    Enjoy watching the interaction with your amazing mom. I am envious. Lost mine at 75 a few years ago.
    I teach fitness classes also to seniors. We do a number of daily activity moves, especially posture. These are great. In fact all your videos are easy to follow, down to earth amazing. Thank you very much. I am a ‘sponge’ always open for more. Love your kitty. I have 3. I don’t think he’s hungry. I think he should come to our Zumba classes😹😹

    Thank you, these are great! I always learn something new with each video! These will also be a great thing to do when stuck waiting somewhere. I think doing Y2N for the last year has helped my posture, with the many row exercises and pull-backs (squeezing shoulder blades). I don't have to remind myself to stand up straight as much, it just seems to come more naturally. You are doing great work for us, thank you April & Aiko! BTW, Aiko's new sweatshirt looks cute!

    I,m 71 years old and l used to have very bad posture to the point of it cost me bad lower back pain.
    It was a lot of sitting exercises and standing exercises and training my posture that it now bothers me to slouch. At first it wasn,t easy but l don,t have as much pain so l find posture exercises really helped me and these exercises feel so good.

    That felt good and just what I needed. So, I just about fell off my chair when after the first round of chin tucks and you said, "Let's do 3 more rounds...".     Since I have limited neck mobility, this exercise was very helpful and felt liberated post this routine. I have a good posture, and I don't sit at my laptop for long, nor do I do any business on my phone, so looking down isn't a problem. Nevertheless, I welcome upper back exercises to assure that my spine remains strong and straight in keeping with the all important "ears, shoulders and hips alignment." Good workout, challenging, and very well thought out. Thank you both...Anastasia

    I have been experiencing horrible neck pains for some time now. I tried different exercises but not much help. Was diagonised with spondolitis in the neck when I was much younger. My job was computer related so it didn't help. When I retired the pains intensified. I saw this and was a bit wary of doing it
    I am so glad I did because after I do it I felt such an ease in my neck area. Thank you for putting this out there.❤❤

In the meantime, a double chin is often associated with weight gain but can be caused by genetics or looser skin resulting from aging. Exercise can help reduce a double chin by contributing to overall weight loss and muscle toning. While evidence on the effectiveness of facial exercises is mixed, they can help tone the muscles around the chin and neck. Also, poor posture can contribute to the appearance of a double chin. Maintaining good posture can help strengthen neck and chin muscles, reducing the double chin appearance -- a good reason to keep doing our posture workout! ❤️

      Hi there! These exercises can be done at least once a day. Listen to your body -- if you feel good after doing them once a day, perhaps try doing them twice a day -- one option is to do them once in the morning and once in the afternoon or evening. You could also do the exercises once and then repeat them in one session if you're ready for more challenge. Some soreness is normal -- rest until the soreness subsides. If you feel any pain, stop immediately. Keep moving gently at your own pace. ❤️
