Julia-- your mobility routines (especially the hip and hammies ones) have made my basketball and sprinting drills so much more fluid. I'm much more agile. Never really thought those areas of muscle groups and tendons could get more flexible. Also though your routines are exemplary, sometimes I just stop, stand-up and dance in front of the gym mirrors grooving (dancing) to your track selctions because they're that damn good! HA! 🕺

I'm realizing that any athletic movement that dynamically shifts into lateral planes or involves rapid spin moves from either leg-- will benefit greatly from consistent hip mobility routines such as yours.

Oh Julia I didn’t expect a Pilates video. This was great. I saw a comment about the music. I loved the music you chose. The one brought me back to my high school music days. 😜 I used this for my morning workout. Just a great way to start it all off a day before work. I love pigeon push-ups. So many great moves. I’ll be using this often. Thank you so much. ❤❤❤

Thank you Julia, it is an amazing workout. I checked it out as I wanted to add it to my mobility workout plan to substitute with one of your other ones I was using. I was wondering in future will you do something like this again, Pilates x mobility. I workout with my 8 year daughter and so far I've not had issues with the music, but as I listened to this the lyrics made me uncomfortable as I also personally don't listen to music with certain words. So I won't be able to utilise this one. But I do love love your mobility workouts, really helping me in my running. Blessings
This was so much more challenging than I expected! I love the modifications and demonstrations of smaller ranges of motion though, it kept me from getting discouraged
