Hi, I will be a freshman at CUHK next academic year. Im gonna choose NA as my college, but I heard some complaint about the hostel. What is your experience at NA's hostel? The new building (5th) has finished or not?
I actually graduated a while ago, so I’m not really sure about the 5th building thing haha~ 😂and I didn’t live in dorm at NA college, but just few days experience living there when I was joining the Orientation Camp. I would say NA dorms of corse are not the best at CUHK, I think they’re just fine. But if you wanna have a better dorm environment, I think C.W. Chu College probably is the best (my opinion*)

Heya. I'm looking to attend cuhk this fall. I'm an international and I was wondering if it's normal for classes to be taught in Cantonese. My faculty will be engineering tho
Actually minority of the majors in CUHK will be taught in Cantonese. I think their teaching language should be in English. I suggest you to check again (just in case🤔
Do you mean the fine arts major? Or cuhk in general? For fine arts, it’s kinda important to know Cantonese ( we used Cantonese for teaching most of the time), English and mandarin as well. It’s actually depends on the professors/ courses, the languages will change accordingly
