I used saffron.raisins add some sweetness. One time I used dried cranberries. It worked. My mom added sweet peas. You can add olives in lieu of fish sauce. 👌👌👌👌
I have the same ingredients minus the tomato paste and instead of maggi stock I used coconut milk, slow cooked for 15-20 mins then baked for 30-45 mins. It's what I learned from my tito in Pampanga. But I want to try this version of chef tatung, slow cook lang and no need to bake❤
Very true pwede yan ang base recipe mo if you add a different ingredient nagtransform sya into a different recipe. Minsan lang ako nakakatikim nyan tuqing espesyal na okasyon lang. Masarap yan lagyan ng spanish sausage or fried pork or chicken 😊😊😊😊

Traditional good ng ilongga yan ,lalo malapit na ang november 1 hinde yan nawawala sa amin kasama biko .. traditional na pag luto po niyan wala po tomato sauce , just normal na kulay yellow, sahog lang namin manok or baboy ,atay ,kunting hipon ,greenpease , mag iiba kasi ang lasa pag may iba kapa ilagay kasi pinalalabas mo po ang aroma ng malagkit at sahog kaya siya tinawag na Valenciana ..♥️
