Ingredients for Oat Flour Pizza Crust:
2 and a half cups of Oat Flour
1 and a half cups of warm water
2 and a half teaspoons of instant dry yeast
one tablespoon of honey or maple syrup
one teaspoon of salt
one tablespoon of olive oil
For Toppings:
Half a cup of cherry tomatoes
One small red onion, sliced
Half of a marinated and grilled chicken breast
A few spinach leaves
About half a cup of low-fat shredded mozzarella cheese
