    I hardly know anyone who doesn't love pizza. I was thinking, what if I want pizza but also want it to be healthy and low-calorie? Here's my go-to Homemade Pizza Recipe. Make it and Enjoy Oat Flour Pizza Crust with Nourishing Toppings! 🍕
    Ingredients for Oat Flour Pizza Crust:
    2 and a half cups of Oat Flour
    1 and a half cups of warm water
    2 and a half teaspoons of instant dry yeast
    one tablespoon of honey or maple syrup
    one teaspoon of salt
    one tablespoon of olive oil
    For Toppings:
    Half a cup of cherry tomatoes
    One small red onion, sliced
    Half of a marinated and grilled chicken breast
    A few spinach leaves
    About half a cup of low-fat shredded mozzarella cheese

    Nice recipe! Can we use traditional yeast instead of instant dry yeast?

      Yes, you can use it as a substitute, but when using traditional yeast, give the dough more time to rise. About 2 to 3 hours.
      Until the dough doubles in size.
