Another pizza I would order (I forgot the name, it was a vegetarian pizza) the toppings where roasted artichoke, red bell pepper,egg plant & mushroom. So delicious! Buono!! 😁

How much of poolish did you put in this dough Vito? 1 Liter I found it but the recipe for poolish produces 2 liters. Should I keep half for next time or was it just mistyped?
My favorite is the tapanade. But, instead of grilled portobello mushrooms, I top it with a good handful of thin (1mm) sliced fresh crimini mushrooms. It's awesome!
Vito do you know how to make Sfengonie Pizza? If so make it for us. When I was Cheiti a few yrs ago they made pizza with anchovies and sauce only no mozzarella delicious

I'd like to see more pizza crust variations such as spinach pizza dough, cheese stuffed pizza or just testing with different kinds of flour (whole wheat, buckwheat, dark rye...) as well. Oh and some sweet version of pizza (peanut butter, chocolate, a remake video of marshmallow pizza) would be awesome too! Hope you can make it someday
