Bostaph at his expressive best! This is such a drummer’s song. So damn tasty.
WTF, that was amazing! The reason he doesn’t take the mask off is cause he’s not fucking human. To play this many covers, perfectly, in such a short period of time is totally insane! Just awesome man, keep the covers and originals coming, I’m a huge fan!

I'm a HUGE Dave Lombardo fan but this is the signature Bostaph Slayer song for his drum writing part. His best by far. And you nailed it perfectly.

I've literally been sitting here binge watching these videos all day. The lighting, the beautiful drum kit, the camera angles, but holy shit... the skill. I've been a die-hard Slayer fan since the 80's. I've seen shitloads of drum covers. There have been some good ones, and some incredibly bad ones. This guy's drum covers, however, are fucking impeccable. It takes a lot to impress me. I'm impressed.

One of my favorite Slayer songs, I haven't heard it, well maybe more than 5 years now...but I still rememmber the lyrics.
I fucking love metal and out of all of it the first minute of this song is some of the best drumming ever laid down.

Yep. I didn't get the album on 9/11, but I can't imagine how freaky it was for the fans who got up early, went to the record store to pick it up (like people still did back in 2001), and were rocking out to it when the news hit about what happened. Talk about eerie.

punkagnaldo hc False, Paul can’t do half the stuff Dave can STILL do. Paul in the early 90s was a monster, all the up to his elbow injury. Personally, I find Lombardo to have this very “punk” feel to his playing that can’t be replicated
I'll only add that the latest Suicidal Tendencies album "World Gone Mad" showcases Lombardo at his best, in my opinion. In case you didn't know he was on it, it's got to be any drummer's fave ST album! Incredible drum writing on it. I love the whole album - even though I'm not Muir's biggest fan - and like you said, Lombardo's "punky" style is really felt on it. Diiiiiiig.
