Heck, I’m 40, so I can remember calling ads from the classifieds from the physical newspaper back in 2005. In story 3, how the hell would this drunk idiot know that it wasn't a cop? I don't see any reason why a cop, or even a security guard, wouldn't check an abandoned building, especially when a bunch of drunk college kids are running about willy-nilly. The only thing I get out of these heard, but didn't see, or saw, but didn't understand stories is that whoever is telling this story still hasn't experienced the real world.
You never know; they might have. Maybe they just wanted to wrap up the story and forgot to mention it. I always assume they did call the police, but since the police can rarely do anything in cases like these, it doesn’t really matter

I did that before, I emailed a company and asked if they were hiring because I got a message from one of their supposed “recruiters”. And they emailed me back and said no, they’re not hiring and that wasn’t them. Always double triple quadruple check and do your research!
It’s not that weird that someone doesn’t have social media or accessible information about them online. I’m like that. He definitely should’ve been suspicious when the interview A) didn’t take place at the company and B) was in another town, though. I’ve never had an interview that didn’t take place at the company location itself. Wtf. It’s easy to think like this when you have the benefit of hindsight, though.
The first story expresses what REAL FEAR can do. He thought of going one way, but his brain and body were ahead of him - defying rationality, they made the decision that may have saved his life. Basically, it's stuff that he KNEW but trying to be too logical, he would have made the wrong decision (probably - don't know what was down the other road) but SOMETHING in him knew to go the other way. Also, being able to do a physical task he didn't know he could do is the other way allowing real fear (not anxiety, worry or fear that's put in you by external information) can do for you.
I hate fraternities. Then again, I have no social life. My education comes first to me. Yes I’m a nerd. But I’ve also had a really fucked up life and have done some stupid shit too. The path mental health issues will lead you down can get pretty dark. College has been a lonely experience for me.

He definitely should’ve been suspicious when the interview A) didn’t take place at the company and B) was in another town, though. I’ve never had an interview that didn’t take place at the company location itself. Wtf.

The first story expresses what REAL FEAR can do. He thought of going one way, but his brain and body were ahead of him - defying rationality, they made the decision that may have saved his life. Basically, it's stuff that he KNEW but trying to be too logical, he would have made the wrong decision (probably - don't know what was down the other road) but SOMETHING in him knew to go the other way. Also, being able to do a physical task he didn't know he could do is the other way allowing real fear (not anxiety, worry or fear that's put in you by external information) can do for you.

I hate fraternities. Then again, I have no social life. My education comes first to me. Yes I’m a nerd. But I’ve also had a really fucked up life and have done some stupid shit too. The path mental health issues will lead you down can get pretty dark. College has been a lonely experience for me.

College was pretty lonely for me too, although, I did go to community college then a commuter school. Just get your degree dawg you don’t need that “college experience” if you’re enjoying the time your own way

Bro from 2nd story needs to go above the RA. that’s not normal and the RA does not need the guy to steal evidence from the roommate to prove what happened. RA’s have supervisors, actual adults (non college students) that are there specifically for these more serious scenarios. He needs to contact whoever that is. His roommate seems creepy af and dangerous
