Your hair is beautiful well done on reaching 7 years. Regards regrowth looks normal & after 7 years you could leave longer between reties as it seems you get one full rotation, I recently started to leave longer gaps between reties and it’s great. Also try jojoba or avocado oil as our hair can absorb these 2 oils coconut oil tends to leave hair crispy, but it’s just a suggestion as we have similar hair density & fine strand texture but I have 190 locs as didn’t want lonnnnnnnnng maintenance sessions.
