    Find your purpose is the heart way. Study at university is not the same. You can find people in Sweden who lives their purpose as well. You don’t have to move. Your problem will also move with you. They are inside you. What did you like to do when you were young? That’s usual your purpose.

      I love this perspective. I think that is what I realized during my time there. I took it all with me. But the distance helped my mind become more clear and it gave me a chance to breathe and have a look at the things inside of me that needed healing. I don't think I needed to travel that far, but at the time it felt like the right thing to do and life unfolded in miraculous ways.

    King Elder Patterson is the leader of our Tribal Association and the Tribal Forum. He's a good person with a great hart. Marcus Garvey's Legacy of Pan-Africanism is celebrated annually in the town of Old Harbour on August 17 at 4 pm in Liberty Hall Marcus branch 301 of the UNIA. This Liberty Hall is also located in Old Harbour diagonal from Mr. Patterson's restaurant. This event to date is the only Pan-African Marcus Garvey celebration done by my organization and are working on making it a national recognized holiday.

    • @ogeonye
      @ogeonye 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      - Yea I thought everyone know that too but for some reason with sisterlocs it was a question that came up a few times. - You’d be surprised with permed hair. If it’s natural state is course/kinky, once water touches it while in the starter locs, it can swell up and go back to its natural state. Then they can slowly grow out the perm. 🤷🏾‍♀️

      Bunching; like multiple locs bunch together? I did early on (when I didn’t braid them or band when washing) but was able to separate them before they actually loc’d up.

    The thick, shiny hair is beautiful, and the woman wearing it is gorgeous! I use Dr. Locs shampoo at the moment and recommend that too. Less expensive than Prose but formulated for locs to be clean and buildup free. I really enjoy it, especially because it rinses lightning fast. I love using coconut oil on my hair. I have low porosity hair too. I just apply it right after washing while it’s still soaking wet and dry from there. Hair stays moisturized for the next wash, eliminates the need for a liquid spray (used to use rose water). I’m gonna add an oil from Karen’s Body Beautiful on top after drying soon, purely for fragrance!

      @ogeonye 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thank you! ❤️ I haven’t used Dr. Locs but heard good things! I already ordered my prose products 😣😣 so I’m going to give them a try (and not waste my coins lol). Skipping that extra step with the coconut oil is clutch!!! You smart lol 🙂
