You should be OK without a torque wrench. Just tighten it until it is snug and secure. When it stops, give it a little bit more to secure it. Don’t continue to force it with all of your power and overtighten it.
How about on a v6? Should have used the electric grease on the clips to the ignition coils.
Good point. Applying dielectric grease at the connectors is ok as well.
Is coil 1,2,3,4 from left to right?
From passenger (right) to driver (left). Left and right is when sitting in the vehicle facing forward.
