    😂😂 I was this instructor for 11 years ...also did personal training in the weight room...im 74 now and still do an hour of weights and stretching and walking...thanks for the smile..80s music was the best❤

    I will be 48 in October. I have always loved old school aerobics. Maybe because I am an 80s girl. But I saw this and couldn’t resist.
    This was the best most fun workout I have done in years. Love it!! I kept up all the way through. Thanks.

    I have worked out 5-6x week for years. Cardio 2-3x (kickboxing, dance, step) and strength training 2-3x. On 7/2/23 I tripped doing a class and fractured my pelvis. I haven't worked out in 7 weeks and it's nearly "killed" me to be so sedentary and haven't gone this long without working out in 35+ years. I knew I needed to though so I didn't further injure myself. While I have been increasing my walking as I have healed today was my first class. Loved what this class did for my body and my mind. Thank you Chris!

    I used to do classes 4 times a week back in the good old 80s. The first class I took was a beginner, and I thoroughly loved them. I weighed approx 140 and was 20 years old. Within 6 months, I lost 30 lbs and was doing intermediate classes. By the end of the year, I was doing advanced classes, and I weighed 118, and I actually had a definition. I did other stuff and changed my diet, but had it not been for the aerobics, I would never have even tried. I'm so glad i found your channel.

    This is my first time trying an aerobics video. I didn't even really know what aerobics was, but I searched it up and found this. 7 minutes in and I'm having so much fun! I've really got my heart pumping, but this doesn't feel like a chore. It's just like a dance party.

    I wasn’t really feeling like working out today but I had to make up a lot of steps so even get to 10000 so I put on this workout & “danced”(if you can call what I’m doing dancing) my way through it. Chris never disappoints! Pure fun!

    Old school steady state aerobics is my JAM! Always pure fun with good tunes and positive words. Also, I really appreciate how Chris keeps it real even with the occasional mistake and forgetting what comes next. Being an instructor is HARD in terms of memory (I should know, I used to teach jazzercise!), and I am always grateful when I don't have to remember what comes next because Chris is cueing it for me. Yay!

    Thank you and hello! I found that it is much more difficult to keep weight then lose it. Your classes design to kill the Plato and always have good impact on your body and mental health. Your education throughout the class is priceless. I can judge you ( I think) because I am involved in physical activities on amateur level for more then 52 years. I truly appreciate your effort to make class challenging enough and enjoyable at the same time. Thank you from the bottom of my heart

    Great workout. I am uncoordinated and want to get better. I believe this will help. I tried and followed a little bit. Next time I will do better. Feel great when done.
