What if you cant afford a therapist and your family wouldn't be willing to pay for one? Also what if you dont have anyone you think would care if you die to talk to... what do you do then? Asking for a friend😉 BTW great content!
All valid points if you cannot afford to get a private therapist seek council with your schools guidance counselor and if its an adult speak with the human resource manager of your organization. As it regards to thinking there is no one who cares as long as you have family i assure you have someone who cares that's what the purpose of a family and if you think your family doesn't care there is a friend who does and if you don.t think a friend cares there is someone waiting out there for you to come into their lives to make both you and them happy
