That's a nice looking pack. Reminds me of some technical climbing packs from Osprey in the early 00s. I might have to check this one out. All the best buddy
Great video George. I tried this bag and the smaller Skyweight pack on in a local 5.11 store. They were very comfortable. I really wish they would put the Skyweight back harness on some of their other bags like the Rush series.
mmm i agree i wish the inside front pocket had a bigger capacity and with a zip or something, the last 5.11 bag i bought was years ago a Havoc30 and SOMS and ive tried other bags since but still have kept the havoc30, and its far from perfect. But I might get this to keep on going, i hope they change that mentioned pocket in next version. Question is there a rigid frame in the back of the backpack? One reason i dont like the osprey farpoint is its too rigid and cant put into an overhead compartments on saab340 or dash8 for regional australian flights, unable to jam it into smaller spaces or at your feet on these flights..
