If you teach a client to bench, squat, deadlift, etc along with progressive overload, they won't need you in a few weeks.
If you change up the workout frequently and have them do a bunch of weird BS and confuse them on how to build a program, they will keep coming back for awhile.
That's the biggest problem, its not about teaching the client what they need to know, it's about marketing and repeat business.
People lack of common sense required a trainer to be healthier??? Really. Just stop taking the escalator and pay to step on the stair master 😂 just stop queue up for any new sugary drink and drink water.

Funny how the founder thinks rm150 per hour is underpaid & trainers exploited. You bring home rm750 without any material cost. only doing coaching service and still think its underpaid? The market will determine fair price based on supply and demand. They should be grateful.

So sad that a music teacher is really under under paid compared to a gym coach whereby years or years trainings and exams that a music students need to go through to become a music teacher who’s pay is far below a gym trainer …die lo

Chris Bumstead the 6x undefeated champion of Classic Physique Mr Olympia still hires Coach Hany Rambod to train him. Meanwhile Coach Hany basically never won any competitions title. Thoughts on why a champion still hires a basically nobody?

@@hktan636 Until you hurt yourself doing it. If it's just simply jogging/cardiovascular activities, your point is valid.
Bench pressing, deadlifting, dumbbell rows and some of the machines you see in the gym - you can't do it instinctively. Sure you can go with the trial and error route, just make sure you don't hurt yourself in the process cause it can be permanent. Having a lower back issue, rotator cuff tear will change your life forever. And you'll probably end up spending more to see a chiropractor or a specialist.
